Ordered a cocktail and burrata salad which were both very good. Highly recommend the burrata salad, it was delicious! The free... bread that came with the course could be better though. The cheese crusted bread had a weird taste to it and not reallysomething I would eat again. The outdoor space was lovely. For the price of this restaurant, there really should be better service. We didn’t see our server very often and the appetizer... came out at the same time as the entrees. Our server was extremely nice but timing could have been more convenient. The food waspretty good, though not worth how expensive it was. Delightfully creative and inspired cuisine such as poached lobster in a house made fermented siracha sauce and wild sea bass on... a bed of ravioli to satisfy the most intrepid foodie, but thank goodness for the more traditional menu items, especially theexcellent kids menu for our littles! I am conflicted about this one. Showfish often has great food but their burger, as part of the Newport Burger Bender 2022, was... under cooked, bland, and boring. Oh well, appetizers were amazing though! I'll go back for anything on their menu. Read more

We weren't sure what to expect from a "hotel restaurant", but Showfish was better than we thought it would be. They have a nice... menu selection and the food was upscale in quality and presentation.
