Morristown bojangles way better than Newport location. Morning shift lane at best. Dining room and bathroom not clean. Trash... can in dining area overflowing. No one cared to empty it. Read more
The line in the lobby was about 15 people deep so we tried to go through the drive-thru and no one was in it. Everything went... fine The food was good except he left off my jelly, so I just circled the building and got me some in the drive-in window. Read more
Went around 5:00, no crowd, or long line, but when I tried to order "dirty rice" they were out, went through the list of sides... and decided "slaw", they were OUT of that too!!!! Sounds like poor planning on this stores part. Read more
Restaurant was out of cole slaw. Was told they had no sweet potato pies which were advertised on several signs in store.... Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich which wasnt very warm when served. Order of bo rounds consisted of 4 rounds.? My husbandenjoyed his 3 piece chicken dinner but store didnt look too clean behind counter. Probably wont be back anytime real soon....fora $21.00 meal pretty disappointing. Blueberry bo biscuits good though. Will continue just eating at home. Not worth the money. Read more
Manager, Tiffany, was rude and would not honor posted prices. Ordered and realized they had overcharged. Asked nicely to... refund between what they charged and what the posted price was. Was told no, nothing she could do. Cashier suggested to ringit again with a discount to cover it. She said no, didn't want to be bothered with the paperwork. Told her to give my moneyback and went and ate elsewhere. No excuse for poor customer service. Read more
** Ty Samantha!! I went back 2wks later with my receipt & she replaced the 2 gallons no problem! This tea tasted like the... legendary Bojangles sweet tea I ??!! ** On 6-18 picked up 2 half gallons of sweet tea this past Saturday & they looked funny assoon as she handed them to me. I tried telling the lady at the window this, but she wasn?t listening. I sampled some of one & itwas awful compared to the great tea they usually have!! Why couldn?t they have better customer service & tea?? Will try again?. Read more
I?ve never been to one of these locations before but I did not have many options so let?s try something different. The location... appeared to be under construction or something of that sort maybe everything was just blocked off because of the pandemic I?mnot really sure. The food was not good at all. Everything was cold and dry as if it was sitting out for a long period of time.This may have been partly my fault because I ended up at this location right before they closed. It?s obvious they do not cookedto order they mass produce and set it out on the line in a Buffay style behind the counter. I would not return to this location. Read more
I love the Cajun biscuit SO much but the service here was not good. We went three times in a week & every time, there was some... issue. One time they gave us free BoBerry biscuits, which we donated to a homeless man outside, so that's why I'm giving 2 starsbecause they did try to make up for it. Read more
