We didn't even get to order. We where waiting about ten minutes and nobody came up to the registers. There was only 1 person... inside and 2 cars in the drive thru. There were about 6 people working. They kept looking at us but never came to get our order. Read more
Under cooked chicken I didn't get a picture of the original chicken that I bought it was also undercooked like the chicken... wings. This KFC was in great shape back when I worked there 17 years ago, we never had under cooked chicken. They have timers onthe fryers so to have under cooked chicken only happens when the grease is not at correct temperature or pulled to early. Hopethey get back to cooking it straight, I showed the manager on duty the raw chicken he said he would check the fryers but didn'tmake it right with me which is fine with me but I hope they do others better. I just waited in the drive through for 37 minutes only to have my turn to order and when I tried to order the 16 piece meal I... was informed they are not making anymore chicken. Ummmm?. Wow. Soo Lame ,after waiting about 10 min for our first we got 12 little thumbs tenders) and 4 biscuits. We ordered and paid... for 6 biscuits. The tenders were literally the size of my thumb. Tgeylooked like chicken nuggets. They biscuits were soooocrumbly you could not pick them up. They just fell apart in your hand. It was ridiculous! Then the manager wanted to argue withme when I asked for my money back. She only wanted to give me the refund on 4 biscuits not the 6 I paid for.. After FINALLYgetting the girl involved that charged me. I got my money back. If you want chicken nuggets go toMcDonald's, if you want chickentenders go to KFC, Which I did after that and was very pleaSed. Read more

The Orginal chicken was super greasy there was about an inch of grease in the bucket. The floors were littered with food and... trash. The bench we chose to sit at was sticky. When I asked for a rag or something to clean it off the lady at the counterdidn't even bother with attempting cleaning it herself she handed me a dry towel thing of sorts. The place was not busy at allthere was no reason for it the be that dirty. There was plenty of staff on duty as well. They had no plates no napkins and nocondiments. Read more
