We stopped here for dinner and there were 2 other customers in line ahead of us. The lady behind the register took the first... customers order then disappeared in the kitchen area for about 20 minutes. The customers in front of us walked out. We decidedto use the kiosk to order our meal after waiting another 10 minutes for no one to come to the register. While we were placingour kiosk order, a lady that was waiting on food, leaned over the counter and yelled to the back asking if there was anyone whocould help with their orders. She said they had been waiting 20 minutes for their food but had not gotten it yet. There wereseveral other customers standing and waiting for food as well. I also saw 2 orders returned that were incorrect or missingitems. After we finished our kiosk order and tried to pay, the machine was not accepting cashless payments so it printed areceipt which we were to take to the register which now had about 5 people in line so we said forget it and left. It's a nice, new McDonald's. The Service was not what we are used to at most McDonald's. We ordered at 5:07 at the self ordering... kiosk, what we discovered was our drinks had been sat on the counter soon after but our food wasn't ready until 5:25. Theattendant gave us 1 bag out of 2, and our drinks. We had to ask about our sandwiches which seemed to confuse him for a bit untilhe realized my wide was right. It may have went smoother if his attention wasn't on the 2 girls hanging out at the counter. Read more
Absolute chaos behind the counter. We had to go back 3 times to get all of our order. Not using order numbers, just calling out... items. Only bright spot was that they did get my special order correct, eventually (2nd attempt). Read more
This place genuinely has gotten worse. For one they take your order on one side while the other side waits 15 minutes just to... have there order taken. Second they are so rude and disrespectful. Lastly you know they never get your order right and some howcreate a whole new order that you never even asked for. Stupid. I have to give it a star but genuinely doesn?t deserve it. Read more
There were a lot of young teens and one middle age adult working inside. The store was pretty clean. Tables wiped and the... restrooms were clean and smelled decent. The young man that checked me out did not respond to thank you and did not smile. Hewasn't rude just not super friendly. He did notice me struggling with the self order station and walked up to the register so Icould order from him. I didn't have to wait very long for my order and my order was correct so that was good. I do not like theprogram they have inside to self order. Once you select an item I couldn't figure out how to go back to the menu to order mysecond item. It's not exactly user friendly! Read more
I pulled up in the parking lot behind several other vehicles and a parking lot that was completely full. I was pleasantly... surprised to pull right up to the drive thru line, ordered within a minute, pulled up and paid a man under a tent, then receivedmy food immediately upon pulling up to the window. I felt like I was at Chic-Fil-A!! The worker's were very friendly as well! The McDonald's in my hometown should take pointers from your restaurant!! Read more
We stopped here for lunch & the drive thru was really busy so we went inside. It was really clean and Sherry behind the counter... was very friendly and though they were busy she went above & beyond to get our food out to us and apologized for the extra wait.We are just passing through but if we are ever in the area again we will stop again! Ordered a Big Mac meal and a double cheeseburger meal. Waited about 20 minutes for food. There was just a slow stream of... customers coming in but the crowd waiting grew. The cooks seem to be putting the food out quickly but the counter staff is notbagging it up and giving it to the customers. The food must have been sitting under the warmers a long time. With that manypeople fries should have been hot and fresh but were warm and burgers were the same. Would like self serve drinks and ketchup. Forgot to ask for ketchup and had to wade through long line of customers waiting for food to get a few packs. If some of theseitems were self serve that would free up some of the staffs time and maybe it would lessen some of the confusion behind thecounter with fewer customer requests being made. Need to find ways to get organized and ordering kiosks just add to theconfusion. Read more
