It's everything with this Sonic. 90% of the time the order is wrong or it's 15 minutes waiting on 1 slushy. Last year we came... about once a month spent 20 dollars. Since everytime we came through something was messed up on our order we stopped coming. Imay frequent this Sonic now once a quarter and everytime I'm not shocked to find the same slow service or wrong order. Read more
The most absolute worst experience at any sonic. Took. Forever to get my food, hotdog was on the cool side, cheese was not... completely melted, but had hard spots. The tots were hot but tasted terrible like old grease. Never go there again Read more
Came here and pulled in and got ready to order, pushed the button and was informed they were doing drive thru only. That's fine... but when you get to there to order they said it would be a few minutes but that few minutes turned into over 10 minutes and wejust drove off. Went to A&W up the road and paid a lot less for our ice cream and actually got to order. Read more
I would give this 0 stars if I could. I just got a drink from there the other day and when I opened it to pour it into a... non-disposable cup, there was a dead German cockroach inside my cup. I was instantly sick to my stomach since I had beendrinking for a few minutes. I wish I would?ve taken a photo but I was so disgusted I just threw it out. I will never orderanything from this sonic again. I hope nobody else has this experience, but if they do I hope they get proof unlike me. Someoneneeds to notify a health inspector ASAP. Read more
Pulled up to the car hop area and was told it was drive through only. Drove around to the drive through and the man in front of... me sat for ten minutes saying ?hello? to the drive through speaker. He gave up and left and then I did the same thing with noresponse. Then as we went to leave the car hop was bringing someone their food so apparently it wasn?t drive through only. Worst service ever!!! I sat at the drive thru speaker for a solid 10 minutes and kept saying hello even honked my horn. Nothing... ,?..nobody says anyhing. Instead of holding up the entire drive thru line , I proceed to the window to order. Well finally gotto order at the window, afterwards I got my slushee within 3mins, then sat 23 minutes at window!!!! when all I ordered was twoplain cheeseburgers and a small blue slushie. ??????? The ladies in the drive thru were gossiping and more focused on talkingrather than working. The girl working the window was flirting with this guy in the pic. While the other lady working in front ofthe screen and actually on the headset taking orders was gossiping and talking to the drive thru lady.
