This is by far the worst Subway I have ever been to. I am glad others have had a good experience but this is not the first time... I have had horrific service here. I once pulled into the drive thru with nary a sole in sight. I mean in line or in store. Withno one in line you would think that I would be waited on immediately, but NO. I waited 15 minutes for anyone to come on theintercom. Then they said please hold for a minute. I waited another eight minutes and LEFT!! Then the other day my daughter andI went in and not only were the staff missing (they were hiding in the back) but also rude and then got the other customersyelling at us. It will be a cold day in you know where before I go back. I will just go to Brock's. They have much better foodand SERVICE. PEACE OUT SUBWAY. Read more
RUDE! I already submitted complaint to corporate, will update if anything is actually responded to. DO NOT USE MOBILE ORDER!... Submitted and PAID though app (Order placed @12PM for a pick-up of 5 sandwiches @4:45PM) got in and had to wait almost 30minwhile order was being made, THEY DID NOT START MAKING IT UNTIL I HAD GOTTEN INSIDE. BUT THAT IS NOT THE MAIN REASON IM ANGRY! Mydad had came inside after about 15min asking why the wait when so many other people waking in and out had their orders done andgone but not ours?! The male cashier and older woman as soon as my dad walked back out to the parking lot began to talk EXTREMLYRUDELY about my dad, all the while I WAS STILL SITTING WAITING FOR OUR ORDER THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR!!! Placed a mobile order of 4 foot longs and one 6 inch subs on 8/17/22 at approximately 11.45am to be picked up at 4.45 pm.Got... text saying started making around 4.30 pm got to store at 4.37pm little early so knew would wait few minutes. Didn't get ordertill 5.10pm said short staff. But not the point they waited and served 13 people while my daughter waited on our food that waspre paid for at time of order, I waited in car,,. Will never go back to this place again. Daughter said employees were talkingtrash about me for walking in and complaining why so long and other customers steadily walking out with orders. I never cursethem or nothing but was upset. Should have just got my money refunded and went elsewhere. I'll buy my subs anywhere but asubway. Read more
One of the cleanest and kindest Subways I have been to. I was having a rough day and the staff was all so wonderful and sweet,... going out of their way to accomodate my special request and just being super awesome. So so glad that I had dinner there, thankyou all! Read more
It?s fast food, but the sandwiches are good. I almost always enjoy my visits. Sometimes they are not careful with their... toppings, but you can see the state of the meats and stuff before they put the sandwich together so just look carefully. I willsay this: the friendlier you are to them, the nicer sandwich you?ll get. Read more
Very clean inside. easy to access and park . Cute little Bear with a sandwich. Staff was fast friendly and efficient even with... a long line. Seating is limited maybe 5 tables max. They have a drive through. Bathroom was clean. Just wish Subway itself hadbetter sandwiches. Read more
Parking, service, and food was top-notch. Best Subway I have ever been to.
