Decided to go to inside Wendy's for lunch today, and as soon as I got out of vehicle to go walk inside I noticed scattered trash... all around parking areas and shrubbery. I tried not to think about it, but it was already on my mind when we went inside, and ordered our meal, and the service and food was excellent ! I just wish and pray that people wouldn't throwtrash around. Please. It just hurts the natural beauty of our city, state and environment. Thanks for the excellent lunchand service today, Wendy's. Always love their burgers because they add lettuce, tomatoes, and onions and just the right amount of ketchup and mustard. Very... nice people in the drive thru. Love going there more than McDonald's. Prices are comparable to McDonald's. Read more

If I could give less than one star I would. The first bad experience I had was a couple weeks back, it was around 11:30 when we... entered the drive through. By the time we got to the speaker (there was only 5 cars in front of us) it was past midnight andthey wouldn?t serve us. So the next night right after that I download the app so I could mobile order so we wouldn?t be put inthis situation again. They served us fine no big deal. Then tonight happens. I mobile order at around 11:40. We get there at11:45 and sat the the speaker for a second. Then we pull up to the window and there was a guy cleaning the frosty machine. Hesaid ?we would have to get a refund through our bank because their system was down?. Now mind you my boyfriend and I work lateand rarely get the chance to make it to Wendy?s before midnight. But when we do we would like to be served. These are just twoinstances. Almost every time we go we are missing something or the fries are soggy. It?s always something. Mind you I used towork nights at another Wendy?s so I know how most things work. It?s just so annoying to get all the way there and not be served.At least try to inform people. Read more

Lady at the drive thru window acted as if she couldn?t hear me so I raised my voice.. when I did so she began to be very rude.... When I get to the door to pay. They slammed the door in my face basically and clearly began to talk negatively about me whilegiving me hateful looks. I asked for the sauce that was suppose to come with my meal. They wouldn?t open the door Back aftergiving me my food.. Just hand gesture as if I wasn?t important enough to open the door back open for. Worst experience I?ve everhad at a Wendy?s. Before I left the woman with a missing/rotten tooth said something under her breath. I will never go back tothat Wendy?s. FYI first review I?ve ever left about a place but that experience was so terrible I hope no one else ever goesthere either. Read more

My husband and I come to this location all the time and we used to get excellent service from a gentleman that?s not longer... there. Ever since that employee left things have gone down hill. The line is always majorly backed up and the employees areextremely rude. We?ve heard them cuss through the headset multiple times when asked for a substitution even when the manager isthere and she hears them. We?ve always received the wrong order every time we?ve been. They are not customer service orientedand this Wendy?s needs a visit from corporate. Read more

Food was typical Wendy's, nothing to complain about there. The issue was that it was horribly understaffed, there were no... napkins, the lid dispenser fell apart on me nearly causing me to spill my drink, there was no cashier for a long time (2 peopleahead of me left because nobody took their order), and almost every table was filthy and unsanitary. We have tried dining in at this location for two days in a row. We was informed on our second day of trying to eat there that... they wanted to wait a few minutes to take our order so they don?t send too much back. It made no We had two guests in front ofus in line. What?s crazy is they had so many workers there and they was all just putting forth minimal effort. While waiting wenoticed the manager McKenzie just chatting it up with the fellas at the window as they strung out a line of curse words for theguests to hear. Sadly she was very much part of the conversation. We even heard her discussing another employee?s performancewith those two young boys that was cussing. That place was a bunch of young people with no adult supervision. As if that wasn?tmouth dropping enough I actually saw her do not one thing work related while waiting there. After all of that and the fact thatwe was standing there waiting to still give our order this is what made us choose to leave. The corner under the sanitarybuckets had several bugs in it. I tried for a good minute to figure out what they was but sorry no bugs should be just laying inthe floor where you prepare food. Y?all can do better!
