Waited at counter 5 minutes. No employees. No closed sign..
I understand being short staffed. But to stand and wait for 10 minutes with nobody behind the counter. Not acceptable atleast... put a sign out or something. Most of the staff are very nice but one is rude most of the time. Joanna is not nice alot. Read more
While my coffee was made to Starbucks standard s at this store I was very bothered by the employees. I am a Starbucks employee... and know that mask wearing is required for employees. All the employees at this store had there masks pulled to their chin. Thisdoes nothing to protect their customers and should be addressed. Read more

Marita at the newport store was very rude. Me and my father where in line with separate orders I told her this and she continued... to try and put out drinks on the same order and after telling her 3 times it was separate she said to me that I didn't have tobe rude when I wasn't being rude. It's not rude to tell her our orders was separate. She was very unperfeshinal and very rude.And then proceeded to make my drink half asked and not give me full wiped cream. I am very Un happy.
