We stopped in after renting bikes. It has a fun atmosphere and very friendly staff. We liked the complimentary chips and salsa.... I did not love the tacos, but we liked the Fajita Salad. Atmosphere is great and food options are reasonably priced! The female bartender with pink hair was not very helpful. I was... trying to order a breakfast with a few substitutions and she told me to order something different and it was going to be thesame thing. It was not and when I told her she didn?t seem to care. The food was still good just not what I ordered. If shecared and switched it I?d give this place 5 stars. The Bloody Mary bar is crazy! We went late at night to celebrate for a bachelorette party in August. $5 per person cover charge to get in. Had a good... selection of beers on draft. We got some of their jello shots, very strong/cheap vodka, but a fun option! Pretty good music.Lots of tables, so not much room for dancing, but we still had a great time! Quite a few TVs with sports on all of them. Bouncerand bar staff was all kind and respectful. There was staff going around the whole night cleaning up empty cups, etc. which wasnice. Read more
Nice chill spot on feet from the beach. The food was surprisingly delicious! I was very impressed the enchiladas were flavorful... and filling! The fajitas were just as delicious and amazing! Incredibly good! I usually go all in with my reviews, but sometimes less is more. We stopped here for lunch on a gloomy, cold,... and cloudy day. The place was virtually empty, possibly due to the cold temps and open air seating. The atmosphere was chill,and the service was excellent. Let's talk food! Slamming, banging, and ridiculously good! Baja Sharkees was a nice treat during my trip to Newport Beach. Extensive drink selection with lots of fruity tropical drinks... for you to choose from. Chips and salsa come free while you wait for your entree. The environment was sunny and chill in theearly afternoon with friendly staff, and the wait for food was very reasonable. I recommend the shrimp tacos! They weredelightful. Read more
I loved the idea of the crispy taco (beef) but was very disappointed in the taste, I don't believe the beef was good at... all. Chicken Al Carbon was much better. I had 2 and should of had a fish or steak instead of thr crispy. The service was greatand it looked like they had a really good drink menu. Super close to the beach and pier. Read more
