came here for a company dinner, good location fast seating, good decor, should have taken more pictures of the food, got the... steak and chicken, meat was medium rare cooked to perfection, chicken was good portions, staff was polite and sat us down closeas possible great show to go with the food company paid for it but prices are steep... overall great experience. This was the first time my family and I have came to Benihana and it was amazing. Our waiter Felipe was amazing so friendly,... super helpful, and kind. Our chef Andy was outstanding and was so accommodating. We are coming back for the next birthday in thefamily! This place SUCKs!! Waited about ver 2 hours with a reservation. Spent a ton on sushi waiting and ordered yellowtail they put... tuna mixed with yellow it was old fish. They didn’t even comp a drink for the horrible service. Go to Riptide instead. Read more
Awesome experience! Granted you might wait awhile, but I recommend make reservations ahead of time. Once you pick your entree,... whether it is 5 course or 6 courses, the price you see next to your entree includes the soup, salad, etc... Is this place anevery night thing, no. There was no issue with the service. However, the food quality was really a tragedy. I am really disappointed. I will give a... one-star review if I don’t take the services into consideration. I ordered the Benihana Special with a “medium rare steak”and cold water lobster tail. The lobster was overcooked and very salty. Speaking of the steak… does that look like a mediumrare steak??? It’s almost well done!!! Super super chewy… in a bad way. The chicken breast was overcooked as well. Toobad. We will never visit again and will for sure let our friends know that it is not worth it at all to give it a try… Read more
