I've been coming here for over 35 years. It's just that spot you find and keep coming back because the food is spot on every... time. The service is always great and the cooks need a huge round of applause ???? ! They get your food out quick and the it'salways hot. Cappy's was amazing. We had about 13 in our party. Cappy's was very accommodating. We used the online table reservation but... because of the size of our party we could not use the online reservation so we called and explained and they were very helpfulreserving a table for us. The food was great, portions were favorable. Shown is the cinnamon bun french toast combo with eggs,sausage and bacon (thick), chiliquilla and corned beef hash with home fries loaded with onions, green peppers and cheese. TheCBH was home made, not from a can and delicious. It was served over bread. The home fries were excellent. The chiliquilla was alittle soggy from maybe sitting too long before it was delivered, but it was still very good. The menu had a lot of options tochoose from. Cappy's has been in Newport/ Balboa city for over 40 years. Their menu exceeded my expectations. There is something for... everyone. Food was delicious, I had the cinnamon roll french toast combo.
