The ice cream here is really good. One scoop is a really big scoop so you get your money's worth. Right next to the arcade and... ferris wheel so you get a good view while enjoying your ice cream. The service is great and fast. There was only one personworking there when I went but it went pretty quickly. The only downside is parking in the area. There is very little and thelots get full quickly especially on a weekend. Read more

The selection of desserts here was to die for, and the customer service was top notch. The chocolate dipped Balboa bar and... frozen banana were both delicious. The chocolate was just the right thickness: thick enough to add a lot of chocolatey goodnesswithout being so thick it was hard to crunch through. I got toasted coconut on my bar and it added a lot of flavor. My caramelmacchiato was also great for a place that specializes more in desserts, and my wife was happy with her affogato sundae. We'renot in Newport Beach often, but the next time we are I'm sure we'll be back to Cowafornia to give some other menu items a try! Read more
