One of the reasons I liked going to this establishment is because they have gluten-free cookies and dairy-free ice cream.... Tonight, we arrived just in time to get the last two?or should I say one gluten-free cookie. You see, when they opened my bag ofcookies to put them into a cup with my ice cream, they dropped one on the floor. That sucked a little, but not as much as theworker?s dishonesty. I saw the one who dropped it give the worker at the register that look of ?oh s**t?, and instead of callingher fowl, they proceeded to charge us full price and act like nothing happened. I had to call them out on it, and they ended upclaiming the refund will show up on our card. Of course, given their level of dishonesty and not caring for their work, I won?thold my breath. Read more
Great branding and offering. Peanut butter cookie was excellent and mint ice cream was pretty good (ate them separately). Would... have loved to have samples to choose the best option for my taste. I probably would have chosen a different ice cream flavor hadthat been the case. Read more
Different concept of mixing cookies and ice cream. Very tasty and good looking cookies.
First things first. PUSH the door to get in and PULL the door to get out. We all struggled with that :-) We just happened to... stumble upon this place after stuffing our faces at Hook and Anchor and then walking Newport Beach. We all decided we could usea little dessert. We all filed in to the small dessert place and we?re greeted with smiles. The employees explained to us howwe could get a warm cookie with a scoop of ice cream on top. At that point, I was ready to hand over my credit card. Say no moreand take my money! There were so many good choices, so it took us a minute to decide. The employees were great with answeringany questions we had about the I?ve cream flavors. I ordered the cookie butter ice cream with a toffee cookie and I couldn?t behappier with my decision. The flavors were on point and the serving size was perfect. It was an awesome experience to walkaround Newport, with a light breeze in the air, while eating a delicious dessert. Read more
Upon arriving at the shop, parking made be a bit troublesome as the are has street parking or you're parking in the... neighborhood. Walking in, the staff is friendly and the shop is clean. There's a good selection of cookies and milk to choosefrom and the staff was nice to let us know which are the favorties. Cookies were warm, fresh and tasted great. Also pick up theroot beer float milk and it was interesting. Read more
My kids and I loved milk and cookies. I?ve been a few times now, and the line could get a little long, but it moves fast. You?d... think it?s just milk and cookies, but of course they also have ice cream. It all tastes home made. My favorite is the peanutbutter cookie with cookies?n cream ice cream. The cookie is warmed just enough to where you feel the difference in temperatureas you take a bite, but not too much so that it melts your ice cream. The flavored milks are all good as well, orange bring ourfavorite. Read more
