Boy has the quality and service of this place has gone down while prices have gone up. Visited this cheesecake on a Saturday... night for a family dinner. 45 min wait which is normal for this location. After ordering we wanted another 44 mins for our food.When I asked our nice waitress she told me that a couple of our plates are ready but the pasta station is busy and it will alittle while longer. By the time our food was delivered my chicken was absolutely cold. I told them to take it off my bill sinceat this point we had been there for quite awhile. They offered me to do it again or just warm of the chicken but I was justwanted to get out of that place. Ordered a tossed salad with chicken from the skinnylicious menu. You would think that the ?healthy? menu would have smaller... proportions, but I guess not. The thing was massive, literally ridiculous considering the fact that people that want to orderfrom this menu are seeking food that isn?t so heavy. The chicken was absolutely terrible, literally tasted like cold plastic andhad a sour after taste. For the salad itself, it wasn?t too bad. But because of the proportion size, as well as that disgracefulchicken, this place should be a one star. It?s getting two because their bread and service are fairly decent. Don?t waste yourmoney here, a million items on the menu but only a fair few get proper treatment (like the chicken madeira). Not planning onreturning! Read more

Good ol Cheesecake Factory or as we call it, upscale Denny's. Don't get me wrong the food over all is much better quality. It... just has the same feel. Large menu with everything under the sun to pick from. Anyway....I got the lunch portion shepherd's pieand it was very good. I bit heavy on the salt, but I still enjoyed it. We ended up there after a shopping spree. Their menu is huge, it took some time to choose. We had a glass of wine to get us... started and as an appetizer we ordered the grilled Brussels sprouts, delicious by the way, with a little crunch to it. Weordered pasta and a beef dish. They were both delicious. The service was awesome, our waitress was so nice, she made time tohave a little personal chat with us without loosing track of the other customers. Once again we had a very nice experience atthe Cheesecake Factory. We will be back. By the way we had a awesome view of the sunset in Newport Beach. Read more

The place was welcoming, pretty and clean. The food was great and our server Terri was nice and warm. The rest of the crew were... attending to the diners like refilling our drinks and giving our to go boxes and bill on time. Its just a great place tocelebrate my birthday.
