BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Walked in at 9:25pm and as we were walking to the register the guy was already saying "you ready"?. My... daughter said "no not yet, one second". Literally as we are looking at the menu about 15 seconds later he says again "what can Iget you". I said we are looking at the menu to see now, are we aloud to do that without being rushed"? He says "we close in 35"I didn't even let him finish. I told my daughter let's go and we went to Wendy's. My sister went next door to pier 88, whichalso closes at 10 and they had no issue with taking her order. It's sad because without customers THERE IS NO BUSINESS. NEVERwill I eat here again. Let me begin by admitting that I am a hot wing fanatic. That being said, these wings were not good. They were cooked to the... point of almost being burnt. Even the sauce was tasteless and bland. Coupled with the fact that they were extremely expensive,these dry boring wings weren't even worth finishing. I threw most of them in the trash and chalked it up to a lesson learned. Ordered the 10 PC wing combo (HOT). The guy at the front was not very good at multitasking, I was there for a few minutes while... he was on the phone, after taking the phone order he looked at me went to the back without saying a word. He eventually cameback to the front and took my order, after swiping my card he disappeared again for a minute before coming back to hand me myreceipt. The hot wings were ok, a bit too salty for my liking. The crinkle fries were subpar, they were dry, not crispy, anddidn?t taste fresh. I did like that they have a good condiment variety. Read more

Absolutely the best wings around. At least twice a month we order 40-50 boneless wings for the family to get a good variety. ... The hot honey old bay and Thai chili are addictively delicious. Just wish they had a rewards program and we would eat there alot more. Read more

Do not get the tenders! They are dry and burnt. Mozzarella Sticks and Wings are ok. In terms of flavor in sauce 24k, mango... habanero and hot BBQ are delishes. However I had their nuclear and these sauces, none of them carry any spice except mangohabanero. Nuclear is just really salty sadly. Honestly disappointed with the money I spent, the only thing satisfying was thehot BBQ sauce and Mango habenero wings. Read more

This was my very first time ordering from here and when I tell you don't sleep on there whole wings please do not. They are nice... and big and juicy with the right amount of crunch. A surprisingly good place to get an affordable lunch. Full disclosure, I've only been here once, and all I got was the boneless... wings combo, but it was a very good experience. The food was tasty. The staff were polite and helpful. The prices werereasonable. The serving sizes were plentiful. The establishment as a whole was clean and seemed well maintained. I plan on goingback more in the future and trying their other wing sauces, as they have a lot of different flavors. Read more

I've been to the Hampton location as well as the Newport News one, both are good, but both stay busy. Especially the newly... opened Hampton one. I like that they cook the food to order so everything truly comes out piping hot. There are a lot of wingflavors I can't wait to try. But I had the seafood special and the tilapia and shrimp were delicious. It came with rice andfries too so you get your money's worth of food. Read more
