The pizza was good, but I wasn't impressed with the way they got my pizza to fit in the box...
Went there after seeing a Facebook post about a pepperoni pizza and I decided to try them out that same day. The owner (Pepe, I... think) was so nice and so was my waitress. Her attitude was beautiful. The pizza I ordered was pepperoni with 3 of the slicescheese only for my friend. It was so good. Will be a go to place for pizza. Thanks guys. Read more
I love this place the food and the atmosphere is just fantastic. I live not to far from Anna?s and my fiancé is from Petersburg... and one Friday night he was looking for a restaurant for dinner and I introduced him to Anna?s and I ordered chicken and shrimpAlfredo and so did he and we both enjoyed it and now that?s the only place we get our dish made correctly in my opinion Anna?sis better than the Olive Garden I don?t go to the Olive Garden anymore for real authentic Italian food for me it?s Anna?s. This is a Newport News, family owned and operated business. It was our first time dining in and such a wonderful experience! The... Sicilian style pizza was delicious and did not disappoint. The mozzarella Caprese salad was fresh, The chicken Alfredo was thebest I?ve ever had, and the service was spot on!! My wife and I have been getting pizza here since we moved to Hilton Village. We usually get plain cheese. It's always really... good. I think it's probably best described as "New York Style." We sometimes get their toasted subs. Those are good too. Most ofthe time we order pizza, and when we do, we usually order a medium. It's a perfect size for two or three people. Best PIE (PIZZA) around. Worth the 30 min ride to pick up since I live outside their delivery zone. I've been going to this... location ever since I was a kid, 40+ years. The crust is fresh, not too thick, not too thin, just right, the sauce is sweet,high quality cheese, shoestring chopped green peppers and onions puts them in 1st place with my palate. The tips of the onionsare just beginning to brown making them just a little crispy.....perfecto!! Jeremy was the artist at the oven tonight.
