Well tonight I was dashing but the food smelt so ???? YUMMY ????. The staff was prompt on keeping me informed on the order. The... atmosphere felt roomy and at the same time it gave you that bar fill. Again this is just my opinion without even tasting thefood maybe one day. For now my customers come first. Was pretty busy on this day. Not super easy to get around in there because the spacing between tables was pretty minimal. Got... the wrong beer when I ordered. Also the timing of our meals was very odd. My sister's food came first like almost immediately.Then nachos for the table. Then they had to ask for the other 2 orders again. Could've been better but our waitress took about 20 mins to finally take our drink order. Then took another 15 mins to bring our... drinks to us and take our actual orders. It was not busy at all to make sense of all this wait time. Then she kept forgettingthings to include forgetting to add my birthday wings. Just a bad experience. She could've done better. Read more
Y'all. Don't even waste your time. No employees to be seen. Place was pretty empty when we arrived with 3 little ones. Ended up... leaving without our drinks even arriving after half an hour of being seated. If I could give negative stars I would. Read more
Wish I could remember our waiters name but I wanted to order the chicken tenders and she nicely told me that she wouldn't serve... me them due to the fact the tenders have a bad smell that would make your stomach turn. Told her thanks for the warning and toldmy best friend and her daughter glad she said that some people wouldn't have done that and being that I use to work in a chicken establishment I know that if its staring to smell really bad that it's going bad. The service sucked, I called my order in and still had to wait almost a hr and 20 minutes to get my food, they didn't tell me... there was a special on the wings, and charged me the full price for 20 wings, when they could of charged me for 10 and gave methe other 10 for the bogo, the Buffalo sauce was not all that, but the garlic Parmesan cheese wings were very good. Next timebecause of the service I will be going to Wing stop or Zabys and the sauce is better, and service as well. Read more
Showed up and had a beer by 8:09pm. I did not receive my food till 9:05pm. My husband and I were the only ones left at the bar.... I understand understaffed problems. But tell me before hand it's gonna take a while for a 6 piece boneless that had no sauce. Ontop of it my husband was served a boat of fries which was extremely inadequate. The manager comped the fries which should beconsidering they were less than a handful. And I begged the server for my carrots and celery at least. Which came dried and old.The main excuse was that they were recuperating from a game. But this place is meant for games so it's not a proper excuse. Although I had to wait for nearly 2 hours for a pickup order the woman who worked at the Pick up/Take out section (11/13/22 from... 5-6PM) had amazing customer service! The line piled up, people were angry and frustrated with her and the rest of the staff butshe reassured all of us waiting for a while and even offered drinks. I wish I had gotten her name but I just wanted to give hera shout out because she definitely deserves the recognition. Read more
