Have visited this location since before it was CAVA. Noticed after the transition from Zoes to CAVA, wasn't very well managed.... Often out of supplies, and lines were always very slow. Appears to now be under new management and significantly better. Thelines progress faster, utensils and such are stocked and it wasn't a 15 minute wait, for pita chips. Overall, better maintainedrestaurant and employees. Significantly better experience. Read more
This place is great! And my absolute favorite CAVA????. Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They... know what they?re doing and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. The food is always fantastic???? Ialways come here for brunch with my family and we all highly recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to eat inNewport News???? Love this place and will continue to visit. Read more
The staff was accomodating. It was a bit late and some food had been depleted, but the servers graciously got fresh food - lamb,... romaine.... Even accommodated with extra pitas. Absolutely my new favorite fast food. Buffet style pick and choose of wonderfully fresh, mostly organic, colorful choice of... healthy veggies. The lamb was light spice tasty. I absolutely love Cavas fresh, tasty salads and topping. My visit here today was not so happy. The gal ringing us up started the... process and walked away.. we just sat there waiting and waiting....and waiting a whole five minutes before the guy doing thelast sald toppings asked us where she went. We had no idea he finally rung us up. The tables were all dirty. We were rushedthrough the ordering process and I had huge chunks of inedible lettuce pieces in my bowl. Big sad face. Read more
This was our first time visiting Cava and it definitely won?t be our last! The food was fresh and delicious! My first time visiting this Cava, it was generally a good experience, it just looked like a bit of a mess in terms of... organization. I ordered my food ahead on the app, pickup 11:15 and got my food around 11:18 so I was happy. The food tastedlike I expected it to taste. Classic cava nothing wrong with it, and my order was perfect the way I made it in the app. It was agood experience, although I would say I could have gotten my food sooner if I had just walked in, which is not what you wantwhen you give a 2 hour heads up via the app. Worth a visit, customer service is good, food is good, just may need to expectsome delays if they are a bit busy. Food was put together skimpy. They were rushing because they had TOGO orders. I wasn?t happy with the food and my pita chips... were hard. They are usually nice and fresh. I will probably try to go earlier in the day. You never get good food at night. Itis ridiculous to pay that much for food and it?s just mediocre. I really did like the food before but I don?t even wanna goback for awhile. I?ll give them some time to get it together. Also why is the floor alway wet in that same spot where you go toorder?
