Do not go to this Hardee's you will be dissatisfied. The food is not appealing and no one cares. We vowed before to not get food... here. Our grandson wanted some so we took him there. They were serving overcooked Biscuits. We ordered a Frisco burger but theydid not toast the bread like it was supposed to. I told my husband while we continued to wait we said we weren't coming back tothis store. The manager on duty replied then why did you come back. She wanted me to hear her because she mumbled it loud enoughfor me to hear her. I was told the regional manager was in the back. I asked the cashier to ask the manager to come talk to me.He came up and I told him what she said and she laughed out loud and said I don't remember saying that. Took forever, order was wrong, had to wait again! People were nice though! 25 minutes to get 2 ham biscuits!
I asked for a medium has brown and it was a small. And they were cold. The chicken was a great size but it had a weird taste.
literally every time I came here, they get me to pull off to the side to "wait for fries". Even with no one else in line I'm... told to pull into a spot and they'll bring out the food. Then on top of that my order is almost always missing something. Theynever clean the drink machine. All flavors taste like dirt. I have never, not once, received subpar customer service here. This is hands-down the best Hardee's I've been to. Everyone here... is kind and courtesy, and have always gotten my order 100% accurate. Either I've been really lucky over the last 2 years, orthey're just THAT good. Just watching from the window, everyone works together and pitches in to keep things running smoothly,and they do it with aplomb. I'm constantly impressed by this location. ???? Read more
The dinner today was good. The service was also good. I had breakfast last Friday morning i came in the drive thru. The guy was... very rude. I drove up and said good morning he didn't open his mouth. He told me the price and kept it moving. He gave me myfood and there was no thank you. Attitude we don't need work's like that.
