Little Ceasars has surprised me greatlytheir pizza is DELICIOUS!!!!!! Way better than another fast food pizza..The sauce is... fresh, the crust has that bit of crunch that is perfect, their pepperoni pizzas are loaded with pepperoni. Read more
I will never come to this placevagain. It was undercooked, not cut right if at all, and filthy. I worked there years ago and I... have never seen it this bad. I don't know what happened to this location! It used to be decent, never great, but it at least got the job done. It's obvious... that the staff don't really care about customer service. They aren't rude per say. However, the pizza is made like they justreally couldn't care less about presentation or quality. It's like a gamble everytime I go in and place an order on how well thepizza will turn out. Today, I literally sat and waited for my pizza with an expected wait time of 10 mins. I sat for about 20mins, not realizing that the pizza under the heater was mine and had been waiting for some time. The cashier at the time, who Iassumed is named Tymeik, had no interest in even letting me know. Thanks Tymeik C (the tall, very slim dude who always lookslike the corners of his mouth stay ashy for some reason) for rising to the occasion and for also getting a cheap laugh at myexpense, after I got refunded and left the store. We don't go here much. But we are happy when we have come here for the pizza. The guy is normally very nice and we don't usually... have to wait long. We will say though, the floors always look nasty. The place does not look very clean. They should take morepride in their place looking nice, clean, and professional looking. Today I purchased pizza and wings online. I went to the location to pick up my order and experienced the worst customer service... along with quality. The workers were so rude and would not even speak to me even though I was extremely polite. My order wasgiven to me wrong three times even after I showed the employee my receipt. When I kept correcting the employee he continued toget more furious when I mentioned my order was still wrong. When I got home and proceeded to eat my food all of it was cold tothe touch and the pizza wasn?t even cut. If I could give this Little Caesars location less than one star I would.
