Server was very nice, the manger stoped by twice and our food was perfect however. I noticed when when we arrived in the lobby... it wasn?t so clean. The floor around the podium is not being cleaned very well. When the host sat us I decided to go see how thebathroom looked the floor in the bathroom was clean and soap and paper towels were stocked. Tried Longhorn for the 1st time! Not bad at all. Our waitress was very nice, the service was great. I got the 7 pepper sirloin... steak salad. My husband got the 6oz Flos Filet, with a 4oz lobster tail, and mac n cheese. I loved my salad, but steak saladsare my favorite, so I always love them unless they mess up my steak. (They didn?t, it was actually done medium like I asked). Myhusband said his food was good. He?s a Big Mac n cheese fan, and I?m not sure that he liked theirs too much. The kitchen has got big problems. I ordered a salmon. It came out raw. I requested a new ReFire. After 15 minutes I received... the same plate with added sides. The same fish had just been placed under the broiler for a few minutes. I can not verify itssafe handling or that it was cooked to temp. By the way, when placing my order, I specifically requested the fish to be donewell in order to avoid this issue. Read more
Soooo. Let me start by saying this is my first time EVER visiting a LongHorn Steak House. And I am sad to say it will be my... last. NOW BEFORE I GO IN ON THE FOOD LET ME SAY MY SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT!!! He was pleasant and very understanding to my dislikeof the food. Ok.... The only thing that is was good was the Steak and the Drinks. Ohhhh and the sweet baked potato with cinnamonand sugar ????. The rest of the food was straight trash. RICE OVERCOOKED. Whatever sauce they had on the Shrimp tasted tinny.Like when you pour it straight from the can. The cheese stuffed mushrooms were ok just over dressed and salty. The French onion???? soup I can say was decent. Too much cheese not enough bread. Opening bread was old and had been reheated. If your a chefyou know the trick. It was hard. Smh. My problems with restaurants like this that have a limited menu you should be busting thatmenu out a one every time. That just did not happen here. Sorry to say I won't be returning. Read more
Best steak on the Peninsula hands down and for the best price. Service is always great as well as the atmosphere. Can't beat... the steak and shrimp and 2 sides for $18.99. The steaks are cooked to perfection every time. Read more
Usually longhorn is really good, but this past experience was pretty bad. My boyfriend ordered a steak medium rare and it came... out raw. We had to wait a while to ever see our server again or anyone at that. When our server finally came back they offeredto take it back and cook it more. A manager came back with the steak and asked him to check it to make sure it was right thistime. Before he cut into it, she asked him what temperature it should be cooked at. As if that?s general knowledge. I know mysteak wasn?t cooked how I wanted it. I shouldn?t be questioned about it. Furthermore, i never got a refill on my drink. It wasempty when I got my meal and never got refilled. I attached the picture of the steak when he first got it, keep in mind he askedfor medium rare.
