Lady had me and others Standing in line never acknowledged us but continued to talk behind counter to others we needed to use... the kiosk. Waited so long missed opportunity to order breakfast..did not want to use Kiosk...if you are no longer taking ordersat counter then put a SIGN UP that say ORDERS at KIOSK Only.. but don't pick and choose who you want to service...I use to havea high rating for this store but your customer service has really fallen below standard especially on the inside.. I paid for my order and was not given a receipt. My order came up to $9.52. When I got to the second window the cashier... confirmed my order and handed my sprite to me. The all of a sudden they asked me again what I ordered because they could nolonger see it. The cashier asked me if I actually paid for my order, I showed her from my phone that I had paid from my order,she could see the date and time. Then five minutes later the manager or shift lead comes asking in an accusatory manor if I paidfor my order, she didn?t even say hello. I was showing her my bank app that shows real time that I had paid, she never evenacknowledge what I was showing her or saying. The food was hot and not a lot of people inside. The only issue I had was when the employee (big black female) up front said... they were out of fruit punch, but they had Hi-C. So hubby and I go try and get some Hi-C, and there's nothing! We go back andlet the same employee know and bring it to her attention. This chick says, "we don't have any Hi-C." I look at my husband andsay didn't she just say they have Hi-C?? She then caught an attitude with me when I called her out on her own stupidity!!McDonald's, please train your employees better!!!
