One of the best Mellow Mushroom locations I've been to in years. I'm from Jacksonville Florida and I grew up and around Mellow... Mushroom restaurants. I've been to this location twice now - once with clients to celebrate a closing, and another for datenight with my husband. Both times the food was cooked perfectly. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Parking is more thanadequate due to it's location near the mall. If you have a wait time there are things to do close by. Read more

I wanted to try this place because of the Vegan pizza options. I customized a 'build your own' pizza with Tempeh and veggies.... Honestly, Tempeh [or at least their preparation of it] isn't for me. It was dry with a weird chunky texture and flavorless.Unfortunately that was an overall theme with the entire pizza...simply Bland. ???? They were a bit skimpy on the additionalveggie toppings [that I paid extra for]. It wasn't horrible but I wouldn't make it a point to return. Especially after spending$57 on food that was just Meh. This is a great restaurant chain. Don't let the name fool you if you don't like mushrooms, this place has great food! Brick oven... pizzas of just about anything you can think of, along with alot of different drink options & specialty drinks. Read more

Wonderful atmosphere and service! I had the bruschetta and my daughter had pretzel bites. For dinner she had a cheese calzone... with special order cheeses and I had a California sandwich. Cannot say enough about the friendly staff! Read more

We were so appreciative for the wonderful service that we received tonight at Mellow Mushroom. My fiance has a very severe dairy... allergy, so the non dairy cheese option is excellent. Terrible is an understatement Service poor at best ! Wait time for inedible food 45 minutes The pizza wasn?t cooked it was... cremated , should never of been served to us Cleaning practises are not what?s claimed by them , we watched at least 2 tablesget cleared and that was it no sanitising no spray and wipe nothing That?s also goes for the kids high chairs , the first onedidn?t have a safety strap and the base was cracked and the 2nd was so dirty and grimey it was disgusting , looked as if it hadnever been cleaned ever 1st and last time we will ever go Read more
