The customer service was ok. We ordered a couple of pizzas and a couple of salads and drinks. Salad was missing ingredients. We... were told that the fountain drinks would be hot because the drink machine had not worked in a very long time. Bathroom neededcleaning and had no tissue. Crew was not motivated or friendly. I have been to many Mod pizzas and liked all of them but this one. The staff was fine but the facility was extremely dirty for... an eating establishment. We ordered fountain drinks and when we went to get them they were out of ice. I inquired about it andwas told, yes we are out. We were never told before ordering so we were stuck with hot drinks. Due to the condition of this ModI will never return unless some major changes are made. Read more
MOD is a terrific brand. I genuinely hope this replaces Pizza Hut and the niche it currently occupies, as the aesthetics and... atmosphere is just a complete shake up of the typical dim and slow pizza place. The pizza itself is good, especially when in thecontext of a chain, and then you just need to appreciate the convenience. The only thing that docks this a star in my eyes isthe fact that if you want GREAT pizza, there will often be a local place in a city that can beat MOD out. It's not cheap enoughto necessarily overlook this fact, either. But neither of those are true detriments in the face of the overwhelming number ofpositives this company has to offer. Read more
I ordered a mini pizza and a normal pizza. They gave me two mini pizzas, with one mini pizza on a normal pizza box. Please order... in the store instead of online, I have never had a bad experience in person. Read more
Always order for dine in, this only time I did a carry out and I regretted a100%, the whole order was incorrect looks so messy... that I lost my appetite, the only person was over the oven was not polite at all, I try to include in my order my reward didn?tlet me so we ask to the server and told us to do all over again in order to have the reward, sad for me is my birthday and isMother?s Day and just decide to go to one of my fave pizza places and dissatisfied all the way my mood for pizza. This location is everything !! I love it and will make the extra drive right pass Hampton to NN. I?ve been here three times and... every time I come the customer service has never let me down . Their ingredients look better and they simply care about theircustomers not just throwing toppings on a pizza . Read more
I'd call this place like the subway of pizzas but elevated. The ambiance is similar to what you can get at a subways and so is... the service, about average. But the food is much better than that you would get at a subways. Good pizza, pretty quick service.I'd go back but I wouldn't go out of my way to go back. Read more
