I went to pick up my lunch and there was barely anything in it, plus the rice was missing. I went to the register, after... checking my receipt, to make sure I included rice in my order. I did. The guy said they were out of brown rice and do I askedfor white instead. That's when he brought the tiny condiment container to me. I was a bit shocked after all that's probably 2spoonful of rice. I said to the guy, i paid for rice with my meal. The girl making the orders further down yelled" that's allwe're allowed to give". I laughed, and another lady eating, who overheard the conversation started to laugh as well. Obviouslythis was a joke. I didn't fuss or make a scene ... I choose to STOP eating at Moe's! Moe?s is one of our favorite places to eat. We will not be returning to this location. It was really dirty. Food was all over... the counters. The air conditioner didn?t seem to be working. The biggest concern is the cleanliness of this restaurant. Read more

**UPDATE 4 weeks ago I had an awful experience (read below). After a great call from the manager and being invited back, we... tried again tonight. Day and night difference! Food prep area was spotless, the workers were friendly, the dining area wasclean! Most of all, the food was fresh and delicious!!! I am so happy to be able to recommend this location again. Locationsthat can take feedback and implement fast change like this to make it right are exactly the types that deserve our business!Thanks Moe?s! Ordered my usual but will not be eating it or returning to this location. There were so many flies in thislocation and the food prep station was disgusting. Extreme cross contamination of ingredients and old looking food sitting outat 6:30 PM. I also witnessed several people wiping sweat out of their face and then touching food or wrapping freshly preppedfood. The cashier touched money several times, touched her face, touched her phone, and then returned to scooping chips withouthand washing. I bought my dinner, but I won?t be eating it. Read more

came here and we waited and they served our food and couldn?t figure out whose order went to who. then they went and told us to... get to the end of the long line to remake another and got the order wrong again. they also rudely talked to us. the food wasgood though Read more

This place is in need of some cleaning. All the tables were dirty, the floor was a bit slick and sticky. The containers with the... food we a hot mess. There were boxes all behind the counter. And I learned more about the staff and people not showing up towork than I feel I should know. When we say down to eat gnats we're flying all around. On the upside, the staff were ALLLamazing. The food was good but I may not go back. This is the second time going and it's just unkept. Food all over the prep area like... it's been sitting all day. The glass is dirty. I'm wondering if they only clean it twice a week. Really had to pray hard overmy food. Advise better cleanliness. One of the team members just didn't care. Act like they didn't want to be there. I walked in and there were 3 people ahead of me. It took 20 minutes to even order with just those 3 people, and then another 10... minutes to pay and get my food. All I had was a burrito. Nothing else. Not to mention the guy in front of me didn?t even get hisfood. What I assume was the manager said they lost his bowl. The food tasted good otherwise. Going down hill fast. We've been eating at this Moe's, since they opened. 2 weeks ago, it wasn't the norm, just thought it was a... bad night, the team used to care. Today, seriously bad, gave just a handful of chips, with what was supposed to be a HomeWrecker Bowl in the already down sized container, 1/2 the size! It didn't taste right, probably because they didn't make it howthey normally do. I should have just walked out, when I saw her attitude. Called and talked Manager Izzy, she pretty much didn'tcare, didn't offer to make it right, just said, I'll talk to them later, sorry. Yeah so am I. Read more
