Maybe the best experience we've had at Olive Garden. Food was prepared beautifully and everything was delicious. But our server,... Jordan, was the star of the show. Very pleasant and professional. Our salad was prepared exactly as we requested. Meals camecomfortably after our salad and was prpared fresh, hot and delicious. And although Jordan had several other tables to take careof, he handled it all efficiently. Very polite and very well mannered. JORDAN, you make your mother proud, I'm sure. We went first to Smokey bones and after waiting 30 minutes without being even asked what to drink, we drove across to Olive... Garden and sat at the bar. Our bartender Matt was amazing as he made sure we got our food in quick and could make a bombsangria. The service was at best mediocre. It was not busy. However staff would take forever take our order over 15 min. We had dirty... silverware. When we asked for a new set The hostess gave me plastic set. I asked for actual utensils and she came back with afork in hand. Never did get a set. Overall very disappointing dinner. Had too many young people working where the quality of experience might have been better. The hostess was cold, seated us in the... farthest darkest corner in the back while passing up many open nice seatings. Very nice, well dressed professionalwaitress. Waitress would take our finished plate only to have the busboy, park his cart at our table while he conversation withcustomers he knew at a table behind us. As far as the food, the Chicken Parmigiana was where the chicken was stale, thin, dryand crispy!! The Calamari was tasty but I never had clumpy before (see pic). I had it packed up and threw them both out athome. I did enjoy the garlic bread sticks, the minestrone soup and the raspberry lemonade. I'll spend my money where I can enjoymy night out.???? We arrived at 12:00, right after they opened to eat lunch. My experience with Olive Garden was excellent. Salad was great, bread... sticks were great as well. We went to this location for Father’s Day. Our server was Gabrielle and she was the best! So attentive and friendly. We had a... not so great experience at a closer to home location, but would drive the 40 minutes to go to this location instead of 5 minutesto the other one. It did seem like they had some communication issues to be worked out between the hostesses and which tableswere ready, but that wouldn’t deter me from going back. Food was very good as was the atmosphere. We had the grilled cheese/brisket sandwich. My companion felt that there wasn't enough... cheese, but he enjoyed the selection of beer on tap and the natural cut fries. We had date night and everything was delicious as usual. I ordered the Giant Stuffed Shells (w/o Marinara Sauce) and I added... Grilled Chicken. My husband had the same meal except he kept the Marinara Sauce it comes with & added Shrimp. I also ordered theChicken Gnocchi Soup which is so good. My favorite soup.
