This was amazing!!! As you know I’m moving slowly, but City got some really exciting news!!! He wanted to go to P.F.... Chang’s in Newport News to celebrate. So I made a reservation using Google and when it asked for special occasion I told themthe big news and I wanted him to have cheese cake. The meal was spectacular the appetizers off the chain!!! And then the staffcame with the sparkler, card and a slice of cheesecake!!! My son could not stop smiling!!! He was so surprised. That’scustomer service, be apart of your customers celebrations, show them you care and you are just as proud!!! Go above snd andbeyond!!! Our waiter, Mr. BART, was super-friendly and attentive. He made sure we had everything we needed and didn’t push us on... dessert. Even helped me figure out what portion size made the most sense! Ate at P.F. Chang's in Newport News for lunch. The restaurant was clean and decorated in a neat manner. Shared the Dynamite... Shrimp, which was well-cooked, full of flavor and juicy. I ordered Spicy Chicken Lunch, also was cooked well. Both items weredelicious. Stephano did a great job offering menu suggestions and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed toenjoy our lunch. Will keep this in mind for future trips to Oyster Point area. My first time here with my son. My son ordered 3 dishes. The foods presentation are beautiful. Each dish balances protein and... veggies very well. Ma Po ToFu is a different experience than a traditional Chinese style, but American Styled in a nice way. Theprice is not expensive either. Internal decorations are stylish. Read more
Frankly one of the most honorable establishments that I have ever set my foot into. I have never been to any place like this and... honestly, I was left shocked. The food: Exquisite. The facility: thoroughly sanitized. The service: Laudatory. Shout out to ourwaitress Elizabeth!!; Without a doubt, one of the most hard working people I have ever come across. Everything about my visitwas spectacular and truly unbeatable while comparing to various other restaurants. Really good food. Everything was well seasoned. Staff was pleasant and attentive despite it being a slow weekend. Portion sizes... were being enough to be shareable between myself and my husband. I really felt like the price justified how much food you aregiven. Read more
This location of P.F. Chang is much larger than the Virginia Beach location. The decor including the giant doors and stuning... statues outside of the restaurant were definitely a plus. This was my husband's first visit to this location and he was quiteimpressed. The food was simply delicious! We had Pork Potstickers for an appetizer. They gave a chili oil to pour over it as thepotstickers continued to sizzle on the serving dish. My husband had Mongolian Beef for his entrée with fried rice (notpictured). He loved it! It definitely looked good. I was tempted to ask for a sample, but decided to let him enjoy it in peace.I had the Glass Noodles with the combination meat. It was delicious! I added a little of the oil from the potstickers onlybecause I wanted a little spice. It was barely spicy if at all. It did give it an extra boost of flavor. It was also greatwithout it.
