I ordered pizza and wings from this store and over an hour passed after the app stated the order was on the way. I then... proceeded to call and they stated that they called and left a voicemail to let me know that they couldn?t deliver. I checkedthoroughly and I didn?t receive any calls or texts or notifications. The man told me to come pick up the order in 10 minutes andthat I would be refunded the delivery fee and tip that I paid and he stated that he had already refunded it but as of now, Ihave not been refunded. I went to pick up the Order and the man was very rude and nasty. The food was cold and did not tastegood either. If I I do not receive a refund for my delivery fee and tip in the next 24 hours, I will notifying my lawyer andwill move forward with a formal complaint. Read more
I called about a pizza that was made horribly. The stuffed crust wasn?t stuffed just a lot of dough. The pizza had little to no... Philly meat on it like it was just one 2 or 3 slices. The pizza at this location is really great. However the other day when we ordered they neglected to add the sauces to the bag... when I left. I called back to make them aware of the error. The associate that I was talking to contacted the manager and theyended up giving us two free large pizzas to make up for the problem. I will definitely be ordering pizza from them again. So while at the store I observed a lot of things that raised concerns in my mind. First: hair nets are apparently optional... here. Which is gross. Second: No gloves while preparing the pizzas. I see so many possible ways for the spread of illnesses orjust finding a hair in your food. Less than impressed. Read more
Last 3 or 4 pies have been less than fresh. Tonight was the last time. Had two pies.The peppers in both both looked old and the... one I ate tasted terrible. Spit it out. Very little toppings on both the buffalo chicken and the pepperoni & mushrooms. Bothtasted old. Had a supreme a few weeks ago. Made everyone sick with lots of bathroom time.
