Easy in. Easy out. Hot nourishing foods. Great service. Facilities about 20 years overdue for an update/makeover. Looks and... smells dated...which takes away from the dining experience. I'd recommend paint, new seating, new carpet, remove floral curtains& wallpapers. Go for a neutral, muted clean look. Other than appearance, excellent! ???? Read more

On 9/28/22, my better half and I stopped by Piccadilly's at dinner time to get a meal to take home for dinner. We were looking... forward to enjoying a Beef Steak dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy, veggies and a roll or spoon bread. Well, to my dismay Iwas served attitude by one of the server on the line. She appeared to be unhappy with being asked to moved from veggies to meatsto serve as we were going through the line. Moreover, she began to argue back and forth with other servers on the line aboutthe move right in front of us. The line stop for a time while this dispute ensued. The turmoil surprised me and I immediatelylost my appetite and desire to eat any food from the line. So I, along with my better half, left the food on the line and tookour business to another restaurant. Our expectations, when eating out or taking out, is to receive - good customer service -good food - a peaceful and welcoming environment *** That is not to much to ask for is it! Read more

It was ok if you wanted cold food that was very much over price. I don't like that you don't know how much something is until... you get up to the register. There are hardly any prices shown. Will not be coming back for a while. Maybe next time they will bebetter. Read more

I go to Piccadilly Cafeteria about once a week because the food is good, great variety and it is significantly less than local... restaurants. I'd pay $25 for the same meal that I get at Piccadilly for $15 and I have left overs to take home. Don't miss outon the spoon bread, 49 cents a serving or take out fills a coffee cup. Good Southern spoon bread! Read more

If I could give them zero stars I would give them zero stars. In a word this was yuck. Absolutely bland and tasteless. This... used to be the best Piccadilly's on the East Coast. That was when they had a great manager there years ago named Gary. Garywanted a small raise to which my understanding is he was told no but Gary was one of the main managers that helped keep thisplace running smoothly. I am very disappointed to see the decline of this place. The workers and manager are also not friendlyeither. They act like they are doing you a favor when they serve you. NEVER AGAIN. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place atall costs. Read more

Visited the restaurant after 30 plus years! Food still good but some items could have had a little more flavor.
