I came just at the point of serving where we were the only customers. I ordered the Catfish with fries which was very tasty,... nicely fried fish. The waitress was a sweetheart, very professional. Very accommodating. My only problem was the choice of musicwhich had the type of lyrics that rap music would have. I don't recall if it changed once more people started to come. The food is decent. The service??? I had to get up and get my own nut crackers for my family's crab legs. Didn't get tartar or... cocktail sauce or ketchup or water refill until I got up and got it myself. Not worth it, so aggravating it ruined my appetite.Do yourself a favor, drive to Chesapeake for pier 88. At least they have the sense to bring you what you need to go with yourdinner... My experience here was a good one. It was early afternoon so the restaurant was fairly empty. I was seated promptly by "Sandy".... I think that was her name. There was only one waitress and she was working very hard. "Sandy" noticed that It would be a littlewhile before our order would be able to be taken. She took the liberty of taking our order so that we wouldn't have to wait. Ialso noticed that Sandy had many jobs. Making drinks helping with the food and everything. Kudos goes out to the her and herstaff. I've been here several times before but have never been treated so well. The food came out fast and was fresh and hot. Iordered a shrimp boil. I also ordered a long Island. The drink was strong as i like it and the boil was tasty.It was soo good Iforgot to take a picture. My daughter ordered the shrimp kids meal with a smoothie. She really enjoyed hers as well. If you wantgreat drinks, service and food go visit them. You'll be glad you did. Read more

This is a pretty nice seafood spot. The only downfall is that everything is fried, tilapia, shrimp, etc unless you get the... seafood boil bag. Their happy hour specials are great and if you miss that they have daily specials everyday except Friday! Theworkers are pretty friendly and check on you and the prices are extremely affordable. I was so excited to find out they had steam oysters and I got them Pier 88 sauce spicy and it was delicious. Wish I got 12... instead of 6...the boil bags are always great .. and the drinks was great too Read more
The chefs did their thing on the cooking food was hot, timely and spot on but... I'm sorry. Lets talk about the service! Service... is pretty much nonexistent if you sit at any table, honestly anywhere that is not THE MIDDLE of the bar where you can reach outto get the bartenders attention. It's also alot of confusion at this place. Upon walking in you will not be greeted so you'llstand there for a bit waiting to be seated like an idot however long your patience carries you(Me, not long). Processimprovement would be a sign at the front desk that reads "Welcome, please seat yourself!" Or something like that so people knowhow to conduct themselves if they are not. i sat myself and no one came out for 45mins. So i was doubting that it was selfseating. The waitor came out and only came out to give what i assume were her friends, hugs and 5 star teatment. I, nor the 3tables nearest me, were being addressed like...at all. I tried to get the bar tender's attention but he avoids eye contact????????. I grabbed my coat about to leave when remarkably, the waitor comes out to one table and we each took turns flaggingher down and barmbarding the woman with all the orders. Food came out promptly and hot????and delicious. I wanted more but thatwas the last I saw of the woman. So, i paid my bill and walked out. I don't know if they are busy, hate working or just out offood and are hoping you would leave but man,....horrible. I'm sorry.
