Ordered twice this week with Brandy and staff. Seems a little short staffed, but this has not changed the great experiences we... have had recently.Very nice and helpful on the phone and in person. Ordered a big dinner box with lemon pepper wings and WOWeverything was amazing. Fast delivery and food was hot and fresh. Well prepared and perfectly seasoned pizza, breadsticks andwings. Every bit of this experience was LACKLUSTER. I called ahead to order a pizza, I arrived and waited well over a hour. Once my... payment was taken after waiting, Brandy(Management) stated they will start making my pizza???at that point I asked for a refundin which she told me would take 3-5 business days to get back, though is was just processed and she was the manager! She didstate I could place another order and pay. No apologies or customer service actions were issued for the inconvenience and poorexperience. The Pizzas were very dry, had little sauce and had a small amount of cheese on them. You would think that if you order just... cheese on your pizzas that it would have some cheese on it but very disappointing to get our pizzas home only to see such drypizzas that basically tasted like we were eating a dry, crunchy piece of toast. Taste and temperature of food is very importantto my family and I and this specific Pizza Hut was a let down.. Pizza was warm and dry.. No sauce or flavor atall.. Disappointing since we just moved here from San Diego and were looking forward to what we were use to having in SanDiego,Ca but got something very different from what we?re use to.. Friendly service and the pizza and pasta was good. I especially liked that for my online order they called to tell me that... their fryer was down and couldn?t do the wings. My order was updated and ready when I arrived. I appreciate that they didn?twait until I got there to tell me. That way I could add something different without having to wait extra time. The presentation of this pizza could b alot better. It was shifted in the box and the toppings were not evenly spread. You would... think it would look alot better with the amount of $$ I paid for this pizza. I paid 19.89 for just 1 pizza that looked like thetopping were just thrown on there. Some times the quality is good but most of the time it's not. Unfortunately my latest experience needs to be shared. My cheese... sticks were only 3/5s covered in cheese, burnt and then was heavily seasoned to try to hide the mistakes. Pretty sloppy move.Also the pizza I got seemed pretty old...like it had been made an hour before I even ordered it. I got there right when my ordertold me to. Run away FAST! This location has declined severely to include customer service, overall hygiene of employees, cleanliness of the... establishment and their ability to accurately complete orders. Going from a smoke break right back into the kitchen ishorrendous. Serving customers pizza in the fashion pictured below is ridiculous, then having cigarettes in the food prepcontainer is the icing on the cake. Completely disgusted with the lack of care and decency in this location. Be better. Read more
