Starting visiting more regularly. Visited today. Young lady working the drive-thru/ pick-up window was very friendly,... professional and even told me which drink she was handed me as well as the food since we had a larger order. Food was hot andfresh. Very pleased with this location. Read more

Greasy gut bomb. If you want to have heart burn or like me don't have a Gallbladder then you might want to avoid. Now when it... comes to Rally's it's all about location and staff like any restaurant or Fast Food. Rally's off Azalea Garden Road in Norfolkis the best one I found. Just know everything is greasy fried goodness and if you find the right one it is great. Read more
The Quality and service has gone to hell. They charge some of the highest prices around to have the service being slow and... incompetent. I asked for a refund because it took them 30 minutes to have my order in drive through wasting my gas. The cashiersaid she couldn?t do refunds. There?s too many places to choose from to waste a second here. Do yourself a favor and don?t wasteyour time. Update: I returned to this location at my daughter?s request and there were new faces in the restaurant. Hopefullythey got better management/servers. The food was hot and on time like it should be. Food great as usual. Service was fine in general. Was a little frustrated that they had two drive-thru lanes that appeared to be... open (no visible sign to suggest otherwise). So I pulled up to the one on the left and was told (in unintelligible fast foodspeaker sound) to please pull to the other window. A little annoying; they need a way to indicate when a lane is closed.
