Busy burger joint but the food...ISNT BAD! The burger was very flavorful, juicy and a lot bigger than I expected. One tip: Get... the burgers that cost a bit more. The other burgers have smaller patties. If you're really hungry...this tip will benefit you! Read more
Two stars only because the food was decent. The service was terrible. I asked for lemon with my iced tea, didn't get it. When I... requested it I got hit with a condescending "suuuuurrreeeee" as if I was being difficult. Lemons came out and were disgusting,looked like they've been chewed up and were obviously cut ~5 days ago and were going bad (see photo for reference). Peppergrinder on the table was also disgusting (see photo). Floor was filthy under the table next to us, but they didn't sweep it whenthey bussed it which shows a serious lack of caring. The worst part of it all is when I politely addressed these issues with myserver he didn't apologize or try to understand the problem, he just flatly and dismissively stated "that's how our lemonscome." "Uh no, I can tell they're old." "They're not old, I can get you different lemons but they'll be the same." I'veworked in restaurants since I was 18 years old serving or bartending, I'm now 31. We were seated immediately and then because our party size was greater than anticipated they moved us without complaint to a... larger area! Our waitress was very careful and got our orders correct and the food was delicious. A few of us ordered appetizersand I was surprised how quickly they were brought to the table- and still hot! Everyone is short on servers right now, but thisteam pulled together and provided great service. I'd definitely come back. First thing was they were out of Ice Cream. Second my daughter ordered the chicken sandwich which was 13 dollars . The chicken... sandwich was two tenders on a bun. You could order a whole order of tenders for that. How does two small tenders on a bun becomea 13 dollar sandwich. Picture is included of the so called sandwich. Next the fish looked already eaten at. You can see fromthe pictures it looks like someone ate all the corners off the fish. Not worth the price for such lack of quality and amount youreceive. We had a birthday lunch for our dental office, there were 8 of us. Our waitress Chasity was amazing. She didn't forget anything,... came back to fill our drinks often and made sure we had everything we needed. The manager Jerry also came over to make sure wewere taken care of.
