I don't usually write reviews but this place needed one. Ordered from here last night lettuce was missing from sandwiches only... had 1 tomato and one of the sandwiches had a bug in the middle. Threw it away! Bad experience. Decor was dingy and run down foodwas over priced. Read more
Excellent Cheesesteak!! Bread is outstanding and the ribeye steak is spot on! And the French Fries were hot and delicious! ... Would be a five star ???? rating if not for the nickel and diming over the bill. Just tell me bottom line. I'm a big boy, Ican decide if I can afford it! Expect to pay $$$$ for your meal! Read more
The food might be great, but the state of the restaurant is unacceptable. Shoes literally stick to the floor, liquid stains on... the wall, smell is horrible, water damage in the ceiling, chairs and tables falling apart. I?ve never left a review before, thethe cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant is appalling. Read more
The food was good. I ordered a cheesesteak, fries, mozzarella sticks and a drink. I asked for a little bit of green peppers,... banana peppers and hot peppers. They didn't have sweet peppers which is a must have for me. The cheesesteak was okay. I would ofpreferred all the peppers were cooked and chopped into the meat. When I took a bite of the sandwich all I tasted was coldpeppers. The restaurant is clean and good customer service. Read more

These are some amazing cheesesteaks, there?s no denying that. But if you?re in the mood for Rick?s, call ahead and place your... order in advance. There is always a lengthy wait, and the last time I was there we waited for our food for almost 40 minutes fora to go order. A few people actually asked for refunds and left. Just order your food in advance to save yourself a headache andenjoy the food. Plus they offer military discounts as well as local Newport News Shipbuilding discounts. Read more
We arrived to have lunch. The guy that took the orders was nice. I asked for wipes for the table and wiped it down. The food was... good. However while we were eating lunch the inspector walked in and the guy behind the counter turned off the open signs andwas not taking any more customers for the day. I do know what happened but we left. I'm visiting from out of town. We didn't getsick or anything afterwards. Read more
