Superb sushi! I ordered delivery and got a Diamond roll, a Golden Dream roll, Philly roll, and several pieces of nigiri. The... miso soup was hot and tasty, and all the sushi was extremely fresh and well prepared. I would highly recommend this restaurantand will order again in the future. (Update: my second order was even better than the first. I tried more types of nigiri andalso yakitori skewers. Amazing!) Read more

The place itself is gorgeous inside. Simple clean open space with nice design. Our waiter was nice, but forgetful. We didn't get... our salad and soup, but also didn't get a chance to ask him about them until just before our food came. After being seated itwas 30 minutes until the food arrived. We were happy our meals came with soup and salad, however, his forgetfulness didn't aidein our hunger. The miss soup was the best I've had. But that's where the flavor stopped for us today. We enjoyed the classicstoday Philly roll, shrimp tempura and salmon tempura and a California roll. We regret that decision. Maybe something different would have afforded more opportunity in the flavor department. Everything was bland, including the cucumber which is usually ourfavorite crunchy freshness included in the sushi rolls. It was on the cusp of going bad. There was Romain lettuce added to everysingle Sushi Roll. It was pretty, kind of, and maybe that's what they were aiming for, but it changed the sushi altogether. Idid pull the lettuce out of a few pieces, but that just dismembered the roll, so I stopped that! All in all, the restaurant wasclean and aesthetically pleasing but the food wasn't the amazing sushi we have been searching for. The atmosphere was calming and inviting. The music was great!!! 90s R&B vibe which I will always appreciate. The food was hot... and delicious. The service was prompt and efficient. We were seated immediately when we arrived. Our waitress was wonderful andhelpful. I'm on a low carb diet (Asian cuisine was definitely NOT my idea) BUT our waitress found several menu items thataccommodated my dietary restrictions. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because we were waiting a while for ourcheck and the restaurant was not busy. Outstanding restaurant and service. Clean and nice atmosphere. Quality food , great prices. My husband and I went to celebrate... our anniversary, the funny part we live across the street from the restaurant for 7 years and never tried. Our experience wasamazing. This was my first time dining at Saisaki Asian Bistro and I am looking forward to returning. The staff was friendly and patient... and the food tastes as good as it is beautiful. I had the Char-grilled Teriyaki Salmon with steamed broccoli and it was amazing.The salmon was fresh and prepared just right. They didn't drown the salmon in the teriyaki sauce like some places nor was thetaste overpowering. I will say that the broccoli tasted as if it may have been frozen and not as fresh as the fish but thatdidn't take away from the meal. I also tried their egg rolls and these are now my favorite egg rolls. Also, their drink menudoes not disappoint. They offer sushi as well for the sushi lovers proving that they have something for just about everyone.Overall I had an amazing experience at this restaurant and I am looking forward to visiting again. Fantastic, creative sushi rolls in a laid back environment. Food was good quality, service was nice. I'm only giving 4 stars... because my husband's beer glass was served with a lipstick stain on it, but otherwise everything was wonderful. Read more
