Armando is rude and nasty. My office frequently patronizes this restaurant and we have never had an issue with the service.... However on 10/19/22 my colleague ordered the wrong item so we went back and offered to pay the difference to have the correctitem. Although he agreed he then proceeded to charge us for the difference twice. Moving forward we will only be placing orderswhen Carlos is on duty as he is always friendly, polite & professional!!!!! Food was delicious. Service was great! I was a little disappointed when I received my nachos. In the picture on the menu, it... showed individual chips with the toppings stacked perfectly on each, which is how I like my nachos and why I ordered them. It'srare you find a restaurant that serves them this way. When they came out, it was the typical pile of everything on top of amound of chips like most restaurants serve. Had I known that's how they were served versus how the picture on the menuadvertised them, I probably wouldn't have ordered them. I was excited I found a place that actually separates the chips out andtops them individually but that wasn't the case unfortunately. That being said, they were absolutely delicious!! My husbandordered ceviche and it was also delicious. Very fresh topped with a perfect sliced avocado! We will definitely be back becausethere were so many things on the menu I wanted to try! I really do not want to leave this message but it seems this place just cannot get my order correct. This is the 3rd time in a... row my order was not correct. The last two times I did not receive all of what I ordered and I let it slide. The manager told mehe could comp my next order which he just did. Well, they messed that order up too. I spoke to him and specifically told himsteak fajita and steak chimichanga and got chicken on both. Not sure what someone has to do in order to get the correct order. Iprob will not be ordering from this business again. The manager admitted they messed up again but didn?t seem to care enough toeven at least apologize. Pleasant service and enjoyable atmosphere with a pretty good offering of food. Bar selection is limited, but we enjoyed our... experience overall. Great place if you're already in the area. The pineapple option for their fajitas offers a tasty upgrade. Read more
I have never had a bad meal here. Even if they goof n order, which my waiter did tonight, he immediately recognized his mistake... and made up for it. It's just good good and good service. I love this place. Oh, and their Hawaiian fajitas are delicious! Read more
The drinks and Saturday nights are the best. I wish the food was more authentic it would make this place perfect. Coming from... the West coast I was pretty disappointed. But their Saturday nights make up for it. Come out and enjoy music and dancing! Read more
