Went thru the drive thru and ordered a carmel macchiato which was handed to me in eith one cup inside another one. After driving... away I noticed how light it felt and opened the top to find literally half a cup of foam on my venti order. I was on my way towork with no time to turn around. Normally, I go through the drive thru but this morning I went inside the store. The staff weren't friendly, I had to greet them... but when their coworker came inside the store he received a warm, welcoming morning greeting. No one informed me when my orderwas ready and nist had me standing around until another guest entered the bldg. This was my worst experience at this location. Read more

This was the worse Starbucks I have ever been too. The service was good, but I ordered a hot peppermint mocha and they tried to... give me a Frappuccino then I said that was wrong and then they tried to give me a iced one this after I waited 20 minutes.
