Front end person was a little dry and cold. I got a steak with bacon breakfast on flatbread but it was heated up for like... 10secs, and it the bacon was obviously gooey still. Not crispy and the steak was thin and cold. It was pretty much a mayonnaiselettuce and tomato flatbread sandwich. Which I'm pretty sure that's the Subway motto. I asked if they have coffee and she saidyes but then asked the other worker if they had made coffee so I just told her to skip it. I was already getting the vibe thatthe coffee was going to be lousy..I think I'm done with Subway sandwiches for now. I'm looking for what the pictures look likebut I don't think I'm ever going to get that.. Read more
In a Walmart, where I can get a gallon of water for $0.35, the owner insisted I pay $0.25 for a cup (6-8oz) of water? Free... country. You do you. That just seems odd. Also you can?t pay cash. Has to be exact. And as someone who worked at Subway for 3years, there is no option on the register to charge for a cup of water. Read more

I just left from out of this location. I have to say good job. The young lady that took my order and made my sub, was very... polite and attentive. This is a big difference from the experience that I have been getting from subways lately. The location ontidewater dr and the one on military hey in Norfolk could really learn something from this young lady. But I wish I knew hername. Because I would fully give her the recognition that she deserves. But I slight description she has a few different noserings ,short, with long hair. Good job.... Read more
Was at Hampton Sentara Careplex. Great place. Had a few test, so was there ALL DAY. Had a wait time, till next test. The... gentleman, that was running the lab. I asked if I had time to run, to Subway. He took me there. Very small. But the smiles fromthe two ladies, that were running it. Made your day, so much better. Always asking, if they could help. I am not the type of person to walk into a restaurant at two minutes before closing and demand service, but I went to the subway... 20 minutes before closing after driving all day and just wanted a hot sandwich, other than the normal fast food. Walked up thecounter and was told they're closed.I told him that I checked on the Internet and they said 10 o'clock and he said Yep we'rekind of slow so we closed early. Employee was not kind about it either, just dismissed me and kept cleaning. If this is the typeof service you normally give while you are open I can see why you were not busy. The employees are always courteous and they do a great job when they prepare my sandwich. One employee in particular always... remembers what I want on my sandwich because I go there so often. This is my favorite Subway and if I go to another Subway in orout of the 757, I always use this Subway as the standard for comparison. Great job 6111 Subway! Read more
Came in at 730 and was told I could t order because you're about to close. Awful customer service in my experience.
