This store was CLEARLY unprepared for the 12 Jul 1 million sandwich give away. The employees were flustered and snapping at... customers before finally stating they had gone over their allocated quota. (After I waited 15 minutes in line and it wasCLEARLY 10 minutes before the noon cutoff. I think the girl with the braids behind the counter just made that up because shewas frustrated and looked ready to blow a fuse. I'll stick to Firehouse or Jersey Mikes in the future for a GOOD sub. Do not work for this location.. my sister had to call the police to get her last paycheck. The owners and the store manager... were holding her check because the store manager said my sister owed her $20. We had to call the police to get her paycheck andthe store owners banned me from the store because I told the owners by law the Manager can't keep or cash someone's checkbecause she feels they owe her money. The owners and the Manger are very unprofessional and the officers were able to get hercheck. Read more

Ordered my food ahead. Usually, if I go in person, service is fine. Not everything is tidy, but I usually leave with what I... want. However, when I ordered ahead, I arrived and the line was long. They hadn?t even started making my food yet. I waitedpatiently. They served people who came in after me while still not making my order ahead order. When the line finally clearedand they realized I was still standing there, they realized I was an order ahead order. They rushed to make my food, which Icould taste. It didn?t taste as good as it usually does. And I ordered two foot long sandwich combos each with cookies and eachwith drinks. I get home and unbag my food just to discover that I got a whopping ONE cookie TOTAL for two combo orders?Seriously? This location seems to be going downhill. Read more
If I could give negative reviews I would definitely give them a negative 5 I did my computer training and then never got paid... for it and they only wanted to work me 8 hours a week so I never showed up! So don?t waste time working for them! Read more

Made mobile order for my lunchtime meal. Added extra bacon for an extra $1. Got myself and my sandwich back to my job and... there is no bacon.
