I don't often review fast food chains, but this place deserves it. It's a Taco Bell/KFC combo location first off, which is nice.... Honestly one of the cleanest and most welcoming fast food places I've been to in a while. Counter staff was friendly and got myorder correct no problem. The food was hot and fresh and very well made. My partner has the best bean burrito she's had in along time and I got big fat juicy chicken tenders. Even the bathroom was clean and brightly lit. 10/10 Taco Bell right here. Read more

***we're gonna need those fries*** My son and I went here on June 29th, 2022. I ordered a Chicken Sandwich Combo Meal with... mashed potatoes and gravy. The guy who took our order appeared new or confused, either way not a big deal. The food was GREAT,however... I got my food went and sat down, then upon noticing they had given me fries instead of mashed potatoes I went backup to the counter. Politely told them that they had given me fries instead of mashed potatoes. So the guy yelled out "you guysgave him fries instead of mashed potatoes". When nobody said anything he went and started dishing out the potatoes into a bowlby himself. When all of a sudden an older lady pushed him aside and said "that's not how you do it". Then yelled out "how manytimes do we have to tell you". Then she angrily scoped my potatoes into the bowl lol. I said thank you and went to sit down. About a second after I sat down, the same lady yelled out "where are his fries?" Then the guy behind the counter shouted to me"we're gonna need those fries back". LOL. WHAT??? It was one of the strangest customer service interactions I've had in awhile. Anyways, very poor way to deal with a customer. This Taco Bell at the corner of nettles and Warwick is also a k f c hybrid the food is what you expect from Taco Bell the... service is slow and is always been slower than the rest of the city we don't go there often and the menu is limited because it'sa KFC Taco Bell split but the staff is just always so so it's nothing personal I'm just stating a fact they're very busy andmaybe that's the reason. I was Starving and wanted a hard taco so I got three. Frozen lettuce and must've been short on meat also. What a disappointment
Food not wrapped. Burritos about 2/3 normal fill. No acknowledgment.. not even to thank you. Overall poor.
