They're usually good during lunch but I came here for dinner and got the bucket of bones. The wings were so dry I had to order... more buffalo sauce just to wet them, but these wings were beyond redemption. The fries were not fresh. The ribs were good, butthey were not cut up like they're supposed to be for this dish. And a minor thing, but they didn't come in the bucket like themenu shows, they used to though. Presentation is important and part of the charm. Looks like they either got lazy about it ordon't care and I wasn't about to pay 23 dollars for a dish when more than half the meal was subpar. If I could give no stars I would. My son order sliders no cheese (food allergy) two others order burger also and I ordered the... chicken and shrimp sizzler. All their fries came out cold and hard, buns hard like chips, and my son was given cheese. 15minutes have passed and I still have yet to get my food not to mention NO ONE GOT A REFILL. The waitress is literallycomplaining because I keep asking for my food that I ORDERED?.. like duh that?s why we came here to eat. Another 15 minutes keepasking for our check and guess what I get instead? That?s right the food I told them I don?t even want. I will never eat hereand it?s sad that as a traveler who frequents this establishment globally that I have to experience this HUGE disappointment. Read more

I wanted to give this place 5 stars, but truth be told I couldn't. The service was amazing. The young woman was less than a week... in and she did a great job, even under the stress. That's the end of the 5 stars. The food was fine, everything came out asexpected and it was all correct. It was what you would expect for a Fridays. The biggest problem was the time. We were toldabout 20-30 minutes for a wait...45 minutes later. Then the food took forever to come out of the kitchen, the entire meal tookmore than 2 hours. They are hurting for help so do not go unless you've got plenty of time. I do believe, however, with a littlemore help they would definitely hit 5 stars. Read more

I Have been coming to this TGIF since I was a kid and I?ve never had such terrible service from a Server I believe her name was... Jessica or Jennifer she was very unprofessional since the moment we were seated we had a big party so we were prepared to waitbut after an hour every one except my mother had her food she was sitting there having to watch us eat and when the serverfinally came back after taking a break in the middle of serving us she came back with an attitude towards my sister and motherbecause they were getting a bit impatient waiting for my mothers food for so long I would only recommend this restaurant if theyFire that server also she threw away. A man?s whole plate of food when he just went to the restroom he wasn?t even able tofinish his meal. In all honesty management needs to do something about this Server I don?t like to judge but from the looks ofit seemed like she was either high or intoxicated in some way and I believe this establishment will be so much more successfuland enjoyable for everyone of they just make the easy decision and let her Go !!!! I ordered curbside. Terrible service. Waited 1 hour for food. It takes me 30 mind to drive to the restaurant and then on top of... it I had to wait an hour to get my food. I didnt get all the food I ordered. Had to come home and reheat every because italready look like it had sat for a while. When I walked into the restaurant every one just ignored me.
