Good food Update 7/13 went there today for a chipotle flatbread wrap today they get 1 star so I can have later on for lunch... it's my lunch time now I finally opened my food I found hair on my wrap I will not be returning I was really hungry too now Iloss my appetite they really need to Normalize wearing hair nets while working around food. Buyer beware. This place is very slow doing online orders. I ordered 30min before my arrival and I still had to wait. The dude... in there was in the phone not minding orders multiple time also a younger female that tried to tell me they just got order likeits my first time buyingfeom there. Also when u pay with your card be careful if you don't pay attention you will pay 15% tip onyour order. they automatically add it to the card reader. I just wouldn't recommend this one. Read more

I would not recommend this location to no one. From reading the reviews here, they are doing an awful job. But what took me, how... do you NOT accept your own tropical smoothie cafe gift card. As hard as times are right now, it's truly a blessing when someonegives you money via gift card. I should've just left the food there & walked off but I was on a limited lunch with no time totake my business elsewhere. But you best believe I will NEVER spend another dime here and music in the park starts up next week&I would order from here whenever I was attending but NOT going to happen this year. i came in one day and i ordered a Mango Magic Smoothie. the bald guy behind the counter clearly had an attitude towards me and... the other employees. i would?ve liked to had been helped by the nice looking young lady, but she looked miserable enough. hehonestly looked like he was on something if you know what i mean. keep an eye out for the baldie inside this place. oh, and notto mention my smoothie was watered down. it tasted like a cup of buckroe beach. will not come back again. Whenever I go to this location, the managers never smile, speak or look happy. I just received my postmates order with a... sandwich and a side of kale apple slaw. There was hardly any mustard on my Cuban, I had to grab some out of the fridge bec itwas too dry without it, the slaw smelled funny, was dry, no dressing, a few shredded carrots and apple shreds that were turningbrown, served in a plastic cup with aluminum foil on top...????????. This is really disappointing. I went back and forth tryingto decide which place to order from bec I was starving and wanted good food, good service and fast, and this is what I got. I've been coming to this tropical smoothie for a very long time and today I was very disappointed with the service. This is what... my wrap consisted of after ordering the Thai Chicken wrap without the chicken. The cashier gave me attitude after I asked to putthe chicken on the side and then my wrap had nothing but the lettuce stems and a few pieces of carrot. I will not be coming tothis location anymore.
