First time dining and I don't see how they are always busy. Food was undercooked, and not good. I ordered a pizza that was... still cold at the bottom, and top very greasy. I can't say enough about this restaurant. My husband and I dropped in for lunch. We had not been there in several years, and it... did not disappoint. The meal was tremendous, and the service was on point. While I only ordered a salad, I can say, it was oneof the best I have had in a long time. I felt like I was in Italy. Hubby and I decided to try a new Italian place and we are SO glad we did. Although we were seated immediately we did have to... wait a little bit for our drinks. Our server, Catherine, more than made up for it with her friendly and attentiveservice/communication. She was obviously busy but she made sure to check in with us frequently and offered great suggestions.Absolutely everything we ordered exceeded our expectations. The complimentary salad and garlic knots were delicious! I had thechicken rustica (bourbon sauce with dried cherries, asparagus and mozzarella drenched over grilled chicken breast) and hubbyhad the steak marsala with mushrooms over mashed potatoes. Both entrees were spectacular and the portions were generous! Weended our evening with a very moist slice of chocolate cake and a refreshing lemon sorbet. If you know you're shorthanded, take a few tables off the floor because the negative... experience of all these people waiting is worse than losing some revenue. Had we attentive service we could have turned overour table at least 40 minutes earlier than we did while sitting there waiting for everything. The lady brought out water forall and spilled a full glass on my 81 YO mother, of whom we were celebrating her birthday. My mom was cold and wet, the girlmade the worst of apologies, left rags, empty glass and tray and never came back. Nothing was offered as recompense.
