So went in on my lunch break for some wings, it's a bit pricey for the food that they serve. I'm not a fan the wait time was... insane 27 minutes ???? with no customers in the actual store but anyway fries where unappealing looked like I got the bottom ofthe bag and burnt at that I had garlic parmesan wings fries and there was no flavor to be had so I'll keep my $20 next time andy'all can keep your sweet burnt fries Read more
Terrible customer service. Rude is an understatement. Employees yelling at eachother bickering who is supposed to wait on the... person who walked in the door. Playing on phones and refused to take an order at 9:30 because they close at 10 (mind you, youcould order online and it would go through since it's still open but wouldn't order from these people) store hours online differfrom what is posted on the door also (10pm online, midnight on door) just lazy staff. Very sad to have to decide not to revisit this location. I ordered online - Louisiana Dry Rub wings and fries. KNEW I should... have checked my bag before I left but I just went ahead home. Got home to find what is pictured. Definitely not the dry rub Iordered (and love). These were not edible - what ever the greasy heavy slick of stuff was slathered all over the wings. Since itwas getting late and I didnt have many options I rinsed the chicken off, dried it with paper towels and put them in the airfryer. This is what this particular Wingstop reduced me to: air fryer paper towel chicken wings. So please be aware, you shouldprobably avoid or just order in person and stand within eyeshot then double check what they put in the bag :( Read more
Trash. Just left there. They were packed, it was over 15 people in there. Understandable that they were gonna be a little behind... but they asked for names when you come in to pick up but wasn?t calling out names when the food was ready. So orders was juststacking up & people orders were ready & didn?t know. When all they had to do was call names on the receipt as they were ready.So basically everybody playing the guessing game if that?s their order or not. Started off with another customer trying to get a refund from the manager over the phone and from that already had bad feeling.... Our wing order got messed up(recommend reading your receipt after ordering) wrong flavor and supposed to be boneless. The frieswere warm which was expected as I saw them pulled out of a warmer oven. See no reason way they can't be fried at the same timeas wings. There was no management inside so workers just standing around not doing anything. First and last time at thislocation if we ever try another one. No going back to complain or ask for refund due to a gut feeling the manager(I suspect isfranchise owner or relative of) would try to weasel out of it. Read more
Made two orders, wings and fries are cold. First order is the picture attached- sauce not even on all the wings. The second... order was disgusting as well, taste like someone threw pepper all over the wings. Everything had to be thrown away. Would notrecommend. Read more
Why I had to wait 25 minutes for 10 wings? Why the employees in here playing around and fixing themselves plates before fixing... the customers food? This was the first and very last time I will visit this establishment. I could give them zero stars, Iwould. Read more
