Living in NM now we don't get a Zaxby's out this far so this was a treat for us. The location is really clean but the gentleman... behind the counter was very "I don't want to be here and you're annoying me" attitude'ish. The food was fine but asking thisperson for just the basic requirements was like shaving a cat, or giving a cat a bath. This location definitely needs new management. Visit this location over the weekend spent over $65 on food for me and my family... there were missing items in my drive-through order so I went inside and was told that I had to pay for those items I proceededto pay ended up waiting 15 minutes just for two small 8 ounce containers of coleslaw. If I could give 0 stars I WOULD. I keep giving this sorry "establishment" chances. NO MORE. I will do everything I can to not... let any of my friends, coworkers, family eat here. They let there chicken sit there for HOURS becoming nasty and dry and theyhave the audacity to serve that to people! I called in to complain about how my traditional wing meal was served. Overly donefries SKIMPY and DRY wings, BURNT toast they fill your cup with more ice than actual drink. I strongly believe that they pickthrough the fries and eat them because I always tend to get the edge/raggedy ones. I do NOT know why this place charges so muchbut literally skimps out and gives you the tiniest driest and nastiest wings. So my problem is is that I called to have a mealrefunded due to the chicken obviously sitting out and the fries were bad and the toast burnt. I call repeatedly even whensomeone answered they instantly hang up. I called right back and a lady answers who claimed she was a manager. She said I couldcome back and get a refund on my meal and that she wrote my name and number down for reference. I asked her how long the chickenshe had out has been just sitting there and there was a long pause before saying "oh im so sorry if you come back I will giveyou a replacement or a refund of your choice. I live far away so I came back the next day when I could. So I come back and I hadthe hardest time and the manager on duty was rude to me saying you ate some of the fries I cant give you a refund. NONE of thewings were ate, nor the burnt toast and YES I did have a few fries along the way home when I noticed the whole meal quality wasbad. The manager on duty when I went there said that they did not have a female manager there when I came when I got my food. Sothey have employees answering the phones claiming they are managers then? There's no way to ask for less sauce on the zaladdd when ordering on the mobile app, however you can adjust the heat of the... sauce. I love spicy, but I chose "Wimpy" sauce because the last few times my Bleu zaladd had far too much buffalo sauce for asalad! It was inedible twice because of the amountof sauce on my salad. I couldnt see or taste the veggies! I have asked manytimes for sauce on side or lite sauce to no avail. That being said, the zaladds are delicious! I think it is overpriced, yet inthe same price zone as any other restaurant for a "large" salad. The ingredients have always been fresh but not enough bang forthe buck! I love zaxbys and I have been been coming to this location for about 8 months and tonight my girlfriend ordered 2 Cobb salads... which are supposed to come with eggs(which it did not), and she specifically ordered them without bacon(and they put bacon onit anyway) and not even 10 minutes after she ate it, she threw it up!!!! I called the store to get a refund and the generalmanager told me they do not give refunds. We both have dietary restrictions that prevent us from eating pork!! Decided to go to Zaxby's today and try their new spicy Chicken Sandwich. It was good but compared to other spicy chicken... sandwiches on the market it was a mid-range choice. I also tried the crinkle cut french fries and they were average. Servicesquick through the drive-thru and I pulled under a shade tree and ate my lunch.
