I stop by this location often to get gas on my way to work between 4:30-5:00am and 75 percent of the time they have no hot... breakfast food ready or donuts out. This morning the staff seemed more worried about talking with each other than making food. Iunderstand the struggle with the work force right now but is it worth staying open 24 hours for poor service? Read more
Called in a too go around midnight on the 13th. The cook interrupted me when trying to order two sandwiches because she assumed... I was going to repeat myself when I actually needed two different sandwiches. One crispy chicken sandwich and one grilledchicken sandwich. Both with bacon. A big thank you to everyone that helped me at the I80 Newton Casey?s yesterday. My car overheated on the interstate and I was... stranded for hours, but I felt so safe and supported by the staff. They were great in so many ways. This is definitely one ofthe best Casey?s in Iowa! Read more

Good place to take a rest ?
I have waited for 20 minutes past when my food should have been ready, while other food customers come and go. I also witnessed... the cooks not changing gloves as they move around from task to task, one lady in particular continuously hoisted her pants withher gloves on and then continued to touch food products directly. She was throwing pizzas around and talking about how shedidn't like caseys pizza anyway. Not a great experience. Read more
Ordered a medium pepperoni pizza today and it was the worst pizza that I have gotten from a Casey's! The crust tasted flat and... you couldn't chew it because it was tough the pieces that were cut looked like a little kid cut them,then they gave me colddipping sauce for the bread sticks! The girl that made it was on her cell phone when I got there and I am sure she cared moreabout that then making a pizza that's fit to eat! Won't get another one from that Casey store for sure!
