Had a filet fish sandwich which was definitely just reheated you could tell had french fries which were all but cold I had taken... these out to my truck to eat and did not feel like taking them back inside to the store or I would have exchanged them or gottenmy money back Read more
From the time I got in line in drive up to time I received my good 36 minutes. Way to go mc Donald's you give employees raises.... Raise prices and yet your service is still horrible. Maybe should make sure everyone knows you arent fast food. Just another waymc Donald's makes proof that higher wages wont help America. Read more
Meat was raw on my quarter pounder. Told manager and he said ?yeah, that happens because the oven is so small if it is not set... correctly than part of it does not get done.? I did not get offered to get my money back or even another well cooked quarterpounder. He just said ?I?m sorry? Maybe they should warn people when ordering that they might get a raw hamburger since theyknow it happens. My stomach felt bad for the rest of the day and even now that I?m thinking about it. Sometimes people amaze me... And not always in a good way! I had a wonderful meal in Newton... I'm staying in a hotel out by the... Iowa Speedway and there is a Love's truckstop across the way with a McDonald's.... So I think... I'll go thru the drive thru andget a caramel frappe.... Well... There is some junk car literally parked across the drive thru blocking it with no one inside ofit.... Apparently this is their way of closing the drive-thru!....so I go inside... No one working the counter... So I stoodthere for a full five minutes with two female employees seeing me standing there.... Finally one turns to me and not in the mostpolite way shouts across the room "are you paying by cash or card!?".... I said cash.... She literally rolled her eyes... Gave ahuge sigh... And comes to the only register that was open where I was standing... And not in any polite manner at all "what canI get you!?".... My answer... "how about a new attitude?".... That went over like a fart in church.... Ordered my frappe... Paidand she actually threw the change at me and walked off... I made a point of watching her make it so she didn't put anything"extra" in my drink.... Amazing! And they want a raise!? Read more
Ordered two egg McMuffins and one was perfect and the other was burnt to a crisp! Why would you be okay with serving that to... someone? Had to take the muffins off and only eat the egg and sausage. Sad. Read more
I been to alot of McDonald's across the country. This is by far the worst one I've been too. I never seen a burger so dry and... burnt. I had to go back for extra Mac sauce after being charged for it. I hate to go back up again. I tried to just deal with itand eat it but the burger meat was burnt crispy. I just toke pictures and chalk up another $15.07 lost. Read more
New lady working the drive thru was so sweet and her voice was so present pleasant. I was there last night. U got the sweetest... girl that took my order in drive thru. She said it was her first day. Wow I couldn't tell she was awesome. I just wantMcDonald's to know she was awesome and sweet. Her name was Jessica I do believe. She was working drive thru taking orders andhanding food out the window and drinks and it was so busy she was fast. I know fast food doesn't give their employees credit (well some places) Please let her know that she got a 5 star review. I don't even know if these reviews get looked at. I havebeen there and some of the employees are very rude that are working. Jessica is a keeper sweet lady. Please let her know she isdoing a good job and you appreciate her???? thank you.
