Asked that they heat up the meat and cheese, they heated up nothing. Seems to me like you either get your bread toasted or... nothing gets warmed up. If you can offer this option in person, you allow someone to add special instructions to their onlineorder, then why can?t it be simply followed? This may be simple but it isn?t the first time. Guess the reviews will just haveto keep coming each time my family goes to eat here and eventually something may get accomplished by the reviews. Read more
Put an order in through DoorDash. My driver sent me a message that the store claimed they didn't have my order. I called the... other store in my location and they didn't have my order. I had my washer call me personally. The employee said they found myorder on the floor. So their incompetence caused me undo stress. No apologies were offered. No discount. Nothing. Ordered online to prevent contact with people as they offer. Order was ready at about 6:45. Showed up around 6:40 and waited 10... minutes until someone finally came to the window. Lady handed the bag over and stated everything was in the bag. I should ofchecked but considering it was a first time eating there it would of been okay. The pizza I had ordered was cold as if someonehad cooked it and then left it out for an hour. The cold cut combo was warmer then my pizza and it wasn?t toasted.
