Store is over charging for products. Register rings products up differently than what is displayed on the shelves.
Generally this is a clean store. Sadly, the soda fountain is quite often out of order and that's the usual reason I come here.... The clerks here are not overly friendly so don't expect them to remember your brand of smokes or anything. That's about it. Notbad, not so good. Sorry. Read more
Pizza this time 5/22 was a little earlier than I expected, but was HOT and fresh. It is very expensive even with the small... discounts. 3 large pepperoni, and 1 medium all meat cost $77 with delivery fee. Job well done though. Well this was my first time ordering and will be the last. Been an hour and still waiting. Call to check on it? Hard to do... when they don't answer the phone. Very unprofessional and we will not be back. *update - they delivered and knew they werebehind and brought some extra goodies. Very nice gesture and we will give it another try. Lacey is by far the best employee there. I almost always go here for lunch her attitude is great and it stands out. she has made... it more then just a store now the place feels like home almost. great customer service skills too top it all off. 5 stars handsdown but lets not forget the great pizza !!!!!!!!! Do not order delivery from this location. I placed a delivery order to be delivered at 6:30 pm. Got notification my order was... being picked up, 7:30 pm I got notification my order was cancelled. Called the store and was told the Door Dash driver theycontracted took my pizza. Asked for a refund and was told I needed to contact Door Dash even though I did not order the pizzathrough Door Dash, which I explained. Was then told there was not a manager in store so they could not credit my money back. Requested a call from manager the next day. It has been 5 days now without a call back nor my transaction credited. Alsofilled out a complaint on Casey?s website in which it said I could expect communication back within 24 hours and as of today,still no communication. Read more
