Bread was good. Nice customer service. Wasn't a fan of the lasagna (thin pasta wraps around a glob of soft meat in the middle).... Thought the caprese salad could use more basil. $30+ for caprese salad, lasagna, water, & tip. Read more
I can't say enough about how delicious the food is here! From the fresh-out-of-the-oven bread to dip in olive oil & herbs, to... the pasta, and finally to the house-made desserts - everything was fantastic! The restaurant was extremely busy when we went (agood sign, right?) but our waitress made sure to take very good care of us in spite of the extra wait. All of the staff werepolite and helpful. I would recommend calling ahead for seating to make sure you'll get a table before they close. Don't skipthis restaurant if you want tasty Italian cuisine!! Read more
Food is absolutely delicious! The bread is the best-it's so soft it practically melts in your mouth and the dipping sauce for... the bread is so good. I ordered the baked ziti and it was wonderful. The dining area was spacious and quiet and the owner wasvery gracious and accommodating. Food was served quickly and nice and super hot so it never even got close to lukewarm or coldwhile I was eating and I'm a slow eater. Prices were very reasonable for authentic Italian fare. This was by far the bestItalian food I've ever had. We will be back frequently. Read more

Out of all the great local restaurants in Newton, this one is my favorite. I have never been to a restaurant where i could... literally throw a dart at the menu and not love it. Rosie is such a lovable owner as well. She really treats everyone likefamily. Hands down the best all around, and it is super affordable. Read more
